DO NOT GET PAINT WORK DONE HERE! I had my entire front bumper painted here. Within a year the clear coat started peeling off and I had to take it back. They fixed that for free based on their warranty. However, my car has less than 1k miles on it since then and there's a huge cluster of chips down to the plastic where both the clear and paint are coming off. The owner claims it's rock chips and not his fault and won't redo it again. Conveniently 90% of the chips are all in the area they had to redo before. Paint from the factory is holding up 100x better than their work.

I had white transfer paint down the side of my car pretty bad. I have a Dark Colored Gray Jeep. I took my car here and you can not tell there was paint transfer at all. Excellent work ! I will be returning for a new door shell and have the rest of the damage repaired. I highly Recommend Hoel'z Body Shop !!! Very Professional and Courteous as well.

Hands down the worst experience ever!!!Not responsive to emails. Delayed work. My car has been here since April and I’m not sure if it’s done yet. Visually the damage wasn’t bad BUT almost 4 months of extra time and I only get contacted when I reach out….I know there is a shortage of workers but this is crazy. If they were honest with me with a estimated time I would have taking my car elsewhere. I was told I would have my car back before the end of May…then June 16…then next week and next week and on and on. I don’t recommend this place to anyone right now. Before the pandemic they were great. I got a car fixed here before but now…..just stay away!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I needed someone to repair my car which was damaged in a collision and determined to be a total loss simply due to the age anf value of the car. I searched around to find someone willing to work on a total loss and found Hoelz. Not only did he agree to work on the car, but he did the work I asked, and nothing more. I didn't get pressured to fix things I didn't care to fix (dents and dings and paint). He did all this for a very reasonable price , much much less than what insurance had quoted me. Friendly staff as well! I would definitely recommend Hoelz body shop, and I'll come back if I ever need to again!Service: Body & Trim

William was AMAZING! Was able to fix my bumper for the tenth of the price another auto body shop lied about and said I needed to replace my bumper. Thank you for being an honest and reputable businessman with integrity. Will recommend all of my friends use Hoelz's Body Shop!

I was hit back in November 2019. The person swiped the front driver's side. I chose Hoelz's because they took the Esurance that the other driver had. I didn't get my car back for over six weeks because, according to them, they were waiting on parts. I got it back in December 2019, but didn't drive it until September 2020 because I had a leased car that I turned in in late August 2020. In the time I've been driving since then, the paint on the front has peeled, the door clicked when I opened and closed the door because the screw wasn't tightened correctly, the window rattles when it's down and the music is playing at a regular volume, and the weather strip flew out and I have no clue where it is. I DO NOT suggest you come here for service.

Had an awesome experience with hoelz. Got the job done in record time as far as I'm concerned can't even tell that there was any damage to my vehicle at all will take my vehicles back there anytime. Great service and great people
