Josh is such a great guy! Explained everything that was done and what needed to be done instead of just doing it which really made the whole experience sincere. 10/10 Service- very grateful to have such a great team in the trolly area!

Left work and found a screw in my tire. Mavis manager at the Old Trolley Road location wanted me to make an appt. three days out to repair the tire. What? Horrible service.

It took two days to change my brakes! I had an appointment at 9:00 AM on Saturday and they weren’t finished until 4:00 PM on Sunday! Ridiculous! Will never return here!

Great service with a smile!
Fourth place in two hours to find tires. Got there about thirty minutes before closing. We got a warm welcome and fast service. Will definitely be returning for future work.

I had a great experience at Mavis! John D. And Josh were absolutely amazing! I came in for brakes and rotors late and unannounced to see if they could help me out and they had me in and out in an hour right before closing time. Great service! I will definitely use them in the future!

Great service! I have had them fix several parts, as my car is getting old, and every time I go the team is friendly. Josh always gets me taken care of and squared away with no problems! I always leave satisfied and will always come back!

Pleasant and knowledgeable. They took care of in minutes what their competitor couldn't get done after 2 visits and 3 hours of waiting for a fairly simple fix. I'm so grateful for the crew there. I will definitely be back!

I made the mistake of going to the first auto shop I saw in Summerville sc. I am not going to name that place because they told nothing was wrong with my car and charge me 100$ diagnostic test. It was almost 4pm when I left that place. I remember getting my tire changed at Mavis tire on trolley rd so I went there. I explained the noise I heard from my car to them. The manager Josh was so professional, he said he had 4 cars ahead of me and might not look at It today which was a Saturday. I told him I'll leave it there and let me know what I need the next day. He called me 30 minutes later and told me what I needed done. I said let's do it. I am thinking I'll get my car back Monday or Tuesday because it was so late to order the parts. He called me 20 minutes later and said he will have it done later that evening. Remind you they closed at 5. He called me about 610 and said it will be done by 630. They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THEY GOT MY BUSINESS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. The only issue I have is that Josh is a DENVER BRONCOS FAN AND I BLEED DALLAS COWBOYS FOR LIFE. LOL THANKS AGAIN MAVIS TIRE ON TROLLEY RD.
