I was in search of pillows for my new couch and haven't had any luck with finding anything even close to what I was looking for. I knew walking in this store they are on a higher price point but I was prepared to pay more than I had budgeted. We were greeted when we walked but not very enthusiastically. We walked around a little and I was asked was there something I was looking in particular. I explained my goal and was pulling color swatches from my purse and she just walked away. She did return to help about five minutes later. She did show me 3 pillows and I explained to her why each wasn't the right fit and then all of a sudden again she went and sat down and worked on her computer. At that point I decided I was leaving. There wasn't anyone else in the store and if you can't give me 5-10 min of your attention then I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing. They had some very beautiful pieces. Sofas, dining tables, chairs, wall art and decor. There were some higher priced items but there were some very reasonably priced items too. In my opinion it is worth paying for quality. A previous review hit the nail on the head when she expanded that she felt like she was in a 'Pretty Woman' scene.

Tues. early afternoon I was looking for a unique small coffee table and went here. I couldn't find one. So, I asked the cashier, I use that lightly because she never asked if she could help me, if she knew where I could find one. (thinking she had a website that I could look at) WRONG. I really felt like 'PRETTY WOMAN' she sent me to Target. Being a polite person I said ok, thank you. HOW RUDE OF HER. FIRST IF I WANTED SOMETHING CHEAP I WOULD HAVE WENT TO TARGET/WALMART ETC.. I would not have asked her. I should have went in with my diamonds, dress, heels, etc. You lost a customer and lets see if this stays on or will this be deleted...

I originally left a review not recommending this store at the Summerville location. I had an unfortunate experience and aired my grievances in the review. Immediately the owner Angie responded and did everything possible to right the wrong. She was wonderful. I returned to the store another day and the ladies working, Michelle and Millie, had been aware of the situation. They welcomed me in with a smile, treated me with nothing but kindness and were incredibly helpful. This store is no doubt amazing. The decor and furniture pieces are simply gorgeous. Knowing how much the owner cares, how wonderful the staff is, how all they wanted to do was make me a happy customer, makes me want to recommend this store over and over again. They will always have me as a customer. I’m grateful for everyone’s help and kindness, thank you for going the extra mile! Your store and staff are lovely and I’m looking forward to purchasing more decor pieces for my home.

Haven Furniture is wonderful! We drove 2.5 hours from Hilton Head to buy our furniture here because Trooper Bob did a commercial and recommended them- and he was 100% right! They don’t have run of the mill, cookie cutter furniture like so many chain store; their furniture is stylish, unique and well built. We saw a couch there that we had not seen anywhere else and it was perfect for us and exactly what we had been looking for. Also found 2 end tables and another chair that work wonderfully in our home. Their staff is super helpful and friendly; they take their time to help you and make sure everything is done correctly. The next time we need furniture, we will surely be going back to Haven Furniture; they gained 2 lifetime customers with us!

Havens Furniture in Summerville stopped my month long search for the perfect living room. The selection was top notch and the staff was very helpful. The staff had great taste. I felt as though I had my own personal interior decorator. I highly recommend. They will not disappoint!
