Carlos and Joseph were so nice when I went in to grocery shop with my infant. Carlos was so helpful and went above and beyond to even get me an extra cart and call for help to have someone walk me out to help me with groceries. Joseph helped load my groceries and was super fast and efficient in this summer heat! Thank you so much!

Premium foods, this grocery store is a little bit more pricey than your average grocery but not horribly so and you can definitely see where the money went. You will have a much more pleasant shopping experience and you will also get to enjoy a variety of products that is paralleled by very few of the competitors. If you have not had the privilege of grocery shopping at Harris Teeter I strongly suggest that you treat yourself at least once. There are a great many other products as well outside of groceries at Harris Teeter. The produce and meats are held to a higher standard.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy! You’ll probably die before you get your prescriptions filled! I am a chemo patient and it’s like pulling teeth to get someone on the line to even inquire about a script without being hung up on or them taking the phone off of the hook! I shouldn’t have to drive 40 mins to get my meds when I live 6 mins away from this one!

Clean, well stocked store with friendly employees. The produce looks fresh. I love that there’s an olive bar. They have boar’s head meats. I’d like to try their fresh pizza and sushi sometime. Great selection for toddler snacks and healthier options. The prices are a little high compared to other stores, but I prefer shopping here

Just wondering why your website mentions LGBTQ and a Transgenger safe place. Not sure why this would be any different to anyone shopping in a grocery store to feel safe. I am 63 and I don't think I have ever felt unsafe in a grocery store. I have never seen anyone bother anyone in a grocery store ever. People aren't usually sitting around and hanging out in the grocery store to bother someone or care what they look like or who they are.
Its usually run in and out and you hardly notice anyone. So not sure why this needs to be pointed out?? But nothing surprises me these days. Do you have a safe place for little people too? And are you friendly to little people too? Just wondering because I wouldn't want you to leave anyone out since you felt the need to address this, then address it all. I hope everyone feel safe shopping there not just certain people, and there is a safe place for everyone should they feel they need a safe place to shop.

This was the only Harris Teeter in the area that was able to help me get the ribs that I needed for my husband’s birthday. Wonderful customer service, clean establishment, and great selection of products. Shout out to Aaron in the meat department, thank you again for your help!

I hate giving one star to this store because it's not deserving of it, but today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I purchased 2 lbs of dungeness crabs yesterday, 5/9/24 got home, and they had a weird smell. I called back, and the associate in customer service was extremely friendly and said I could return for more. I proceeded to do so, but by the time I got back, they were sold out. She gave me the option of getting my money back or returning the next day, and I chose the latter. I went in today 5/10/24 and from the start, it seems to be a problem. When I got to the meat, with receipt in hand and a note on the back explaining everything, they began to question the purchase and when I purchased it. I told her it was the day before and explained everything again. The actual associate who served me was standing behind her. I guess that wasn't enough for her she turned and asked him if that was true. Now, by this time, I was like, "What's the problem?" The straw that broke the camel's back was when she asked how much I answered 2 lbs, and she replied under her breath... this says 1.86 lbs. I done!! I told her to just forget about it.She realized she had messed up and tried all she could to get me to get them, and I was like, nope! She could have just served me and honored my "RECEIPT" without all the attitude. I was mad to feel a thief, and I didn't appreciate that. I still love this store and meat department but don't know if I'll ever return. ?

Have never had a bad experience at other Harris Teeters but today one of their employees, an older gentleman, decided to be a relentless creep to my wife. Told him to leave her alone multiple times but he would not. Sad and terrible.

Very clean well stocked store. Excellent variety of products. Fresh produce, dairy products, meats, fish, everything... Excellent bakery. Beer & Wine. Friendly and helpful staff. Good pricing on everything in the store. Short checkout lines at staffed registers and they still have self-checkout systems available unlike some other stores in the area. Senior discount day is Thursday, save 5%. Save every day more a Harris Teeter VIC rewards card.
