I didn't use the service, but the person I spoke to on the phone was open, honest, very knowledgeable and gave me what turned out to be the best recommendation I could ever ask for. Although I nor they were in a position to provide what I needed, their suggestions turned out perfect . I would trust their service and advice.

Still not sure why Hammock's only has a 4.8 ⭐ review. Maybe it's the atmosphere and definitely can't be his nollage, experience or pricing. The owner Jonny has over 45 year's experience rebuilding transmission's and he actually does the work himself. Not one of them shops with decades of experience and has the new guy with 3 months working on it. You won't find yourself at a multi million dollar 10 thousand foot shop with the big dollar pricing and the owner hanging around with his feet up in the back while the new under paid employees working. You will get Jonny himself ready to help you for a smile or a hell of a deal with your transmission issues. If you do read this all the way threw and had a chance to do business with Hammock's leave a review. I'm sure he can't see these reviews on his Flip Phone lol, but deserves the recognition and dedication helping others!!

Johnny Hammock is the best around when it comes to any transmission . I have known him for20 yrs. ...works on all tranmissions and he is very reasonable on his prices, too .

Awesome transmission builder.He has built 4 different transmissions for me in last 20 years for 4 different trucks and I have never had any problems.And he's a thousand dollars cheaper being he does the work himself. I strongly recommend Hammock's to everyone.

I went to several different places to see if they could repair my transmission and everyone else says they have to replace the whole transmission that they can't repair the parts inside so I was highly recommend to Mr Johnny Hammock who told me that he can repair it with no problems and he did a great job in doing it and more importantly he very honest and sincere about his work and he very in experience and very inexpensive and I Highly recommend him to anyone To see him 1stBefore anyone else Who will you off So see Mr Johnny Hammock,s if you have a transmission problem first before anyone else, because everyone else tries to sell you a rebuild from 1800 to 3500 dollars instead of replacing the only parts they needed to but Mr Johnny Hammock will tell you first yes or no if he can or not up front.
