“Staff is great. Some of the members seem to intentionally leave messes behind (hair all over locker room counters, paper towels in urinal, phones in the middle of lanes, weights misplaced). Just your average entitled/lazy BS. Love Planet Fitness though.”
“Crunch Fitness, in Summerville has been my gym since it opened in 2019. The staff are wonderful and they keep the gym very clean, which I love. The equipment is well maintained and fixed quickly when broken! Look no further for a gym! ???”
“I recently switched to Pivotal when my gym closed. I have been very pleased with the staff and the fitness area. There are plenty of machines and weights to easily get your work out done even at busy times of the day. I have not taken any classes yet but others I have spoken to seem really pleased.”

“Been here since October 2022 and it’s by far one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Staff is fantastic! Jackson is very attentive, polite and always keeps the place really clean. He’s very personable and it’s inspiring to have someone as motivating and energetic as him working here! I could easily go to the bigger gyms with every machine and weight imaginable but the reason I remain a member here is for the positive environment this staff brings to this place. 6/5 thanks to Jackson and staff, you guys rock!??”
