“The range staff here at the Summerville location is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about all thing's weapons, firearms safety, and come from backgrounds (various branches of the U.S. Military, police officers, etc.) which is evident in the work they do here.
I'm giving them a 5-star rating because I've only had one negative interaction with an employee (over a year ago). I observed him being quite arrogant and demeaning towards a couple customers - especially with women. I said something to him and he looked at me, said I don't know what I'm talking about, and walked away. I asked another employee if he was just having a bad day (we all have them). The employee responded, " Maybe. I don't know. He's always like that. Don't take it personally.
Not only am I not taking it personally, but I also don't think a company / organization shouldn't get a less than deserving rating because of one bad apple.”
