Had to stay in the waiting room while my car was getting it's windshield replaced. It took two hours. The receptionist was very nice. They had some water and the TV on while I waited with several others. You can easily miss the turn. It is on a steep driveway, but not enough for your car to scrape the bottom when exiting and entering. Unfortunately, a worker left a tool of there's in our backseat, but it is a bit out of my way to drop it off to them.

Completely professional, and pleasantly proficient! Truthfully,they are the business types to lead America back to sanity in that they were upfront, reasonably priced, they came to my home, called when on the way, we're on time, made fast headway, and we're very courteous. The secured payment was made over the phone, and I immediately got the receipt on my email. A welcome change! PS, I love my new windshield! It's a beaut!

I had two windshields repaired due to rock chips. Both repairs were accomplished by Desmond. He did a great job! If I ever need a windshield repaired or replaced I will go back and ask for him.Service: Auto windshield repair

I have to say I've been using this particular place for several years and even got friends and families go there too when I started going there of course it was called another name but it doesn't matter every time I've ever been there the women at the front desk have always been super nice cordial prompt know what they're talking about and have a smile on their face that means so much to a customer then not only did you replace one but two of my vehicles because we live near a dump and be rocks complying out the dump truck they did it in our own yard with no extra cost can't explain how nice that was and the gentleman technician that came out to do the work was totally awesome I have had nothing but good responses to say about them and their employees would recom mend anybody I wait 78 in Summerville is someone I always have used have a blessed one thanks for such great service

We’ve had two windshields replaced and now we have another crack. It’s like instantaneous because the rock hits and the window cracks. Not sure what type of glass they’re using for it to be our third windshield replacement. I think I’ll look around before I settle back on them. Believe or not these windshield replacements are showing up as claims/accidents on my insurance. This really sucks.Services: Windscreen replacement

The staff was very professional and friendly. The work was done in the given time window and did a good job. The service rep wiped down the driver's area before and after they did the work for sanitizing. The manager also let my son and I sit in the conference room so that he would be able to move around and be able to social distance. He said that they are about to remodel the waiting area to make it larger as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing glass repair or replacement.
