IRA rare nowadays to find businesses with ease of doing business with, readily available, and just overall pleasant to work with at a great value and fair price.Glass Doctor had it all and made the experience all the more pleasant when they were able to fix my glass in 15min whereas it was originally expected to be am overnight process.Again much appreciated for your quality service, highly recommend and will be back again.

I work for a local roofing company and sometimes during a roof replacement a screen will be damaged from falling debris and wind catching loose shingles on the way to the ground, it happens. I usually take the screens to ABC awning in North Charleston, but I live in Ravenel and was looking for a closer business to work with. When I called, the lady on the phone told me that they offer screen repair services. I told her that I had only 1 screen. When I asked for the location, she said that the office was located off of Rt.78 in Ladson and said that it was next to a handyman shop, so I said “near the Spinx?” And she said, yes near there. Well I was driving and looking for an actual address. When I arrived on location, there was a garage door opened with service techs inside working. I was looking for the front desk and as I had never been there before, I went through the front door. Apparently, I went the wrong way because when I finally found the service desk, one of the older ladies told me that I could have been shot coming around the way I did. Shot by a gun!? For going the wrong way in a business during operating hours?? I have never been there before and there aren’t any signs directing you the right way. I walked in the front door, saw an open door, and walked into the sales meeting room and said, “hello” because there wasn’t anyone in there or a sign directing me to the desk. After I was told that I could have been shot for going the wrong way, the older lady walked me out to the garage area where the techs are and made a comment to the techs about me bringing in a screen to be repaired and laughed. I was told that this company offered that service. I completely understand that 1 screen doesn’t equate to huge profits, I get it, but don’t try to make me look like a fool for bringing in an item to be serviced that you told me you service. The tech was nice and the guys in the garage shop were all nice, but the tech that was helping me called his boss to ask how much a 3’x3’ screen replacement would cost and I was told $45.00. I just don’t appreciate a business that I called asking for help that made me feel stupid for calling and showing up, made fun of me, and over charged me for a service. Just say that “we usually do larger jobs and replacing 1 screen is going to cost about $50 for us to make something off of the job and to make it worth our while.” All that could have been done on the first phone call,

In today’s world - I am pleasantly surprised what a great experience this was. From sales to installation it all went smoothly. The price was actually very good as well. The installers are two very nice handsome gentleman. Would definitely use/refer this company.
