Excellent! I arrived just before 8AM on a Wednesday morning and Damien assisted with exceptional customer service! I decided to wait -there was plenty of seating and coffee. I was easily able to catch up on emails right in the waiting area an everything was clean- even the bathrooms! By 10AM I had 4 new tires on my car and was on my way.

Service and in depth conversation on what needed to be done was super helpful. Wait time was a little long but it was ok. Called an uber and came back. Everything went well. Cant beat the price!!!!

I called Gerald’s to get a tire on my dump trailer in a pinch. I had a cut in my side wall and needed to get the trailer back to Myrtle Beach. They said they had a tire on for me but told me it would be a bit of a wait, I told them I would take the wheel off the trailer if it would help speed things up. This was mid day, they were swamped. I got the trailer in the back lot and took the wheel off. They told me an hour, but they were done and called me within 35 minutes. I hadn’t even finished eating lunch yet. I appreciate their willingness to get me back on the road asap, their communication, and their customer service.

There is both good and bad in this review. I had picked up a nail in a tire. Went to them, but they were very busy. Had to wait 2 hours just for them to look at my tire and say it can't be patched. They did not have any new or used tires of my size in stock. I was on my way to NC to help folks. I couldn't wait till Monday. Had them put the spare on, and they assisted me in finding a place in the bed for the bad tire. They did not charge me one cent. I was truly amazed and thankful.

Gerards Tires and Brakes did an awesome job today installing 4 new tires. Not only were they fast but when I got into my car there was a fresh red rose with a thankyou note from the business. Would deffinately use their services again!!!!
