Have had multiple brutal experiences at this Best Buy. They are rarely ever able to help with issues I have had. The "person who deals with this stuff" is never working during normal business hours. The lack of helpful staff is also not great. It seems like there are lots of people there but no one is willing to help. Hope they can improve on their quality of service for next time.

Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.

I have wonderful things to say about the young man, Xavier in the computer department. We bought a surface pro and he was prompt in answering our questions etc. we forgot to add the Microsoft office, excel, etc so he had to void and start over, we apologized to him because it was our fault and he was so pleasant and told us to not worry about a thing. Very good experience with him. Super nice kid.

If I could give a zero star I would. I am a army veteran with a real service dog. I was refused entry with him. I even had his paperwork with me. He was wearing the proper vest as well. I will never spend any money at a beat buy ever again. I encourage others to not either. I tell everyone about what happened to everyone I can as well as every veteran.

We had a laptop issue and was corrected in 10 minutes by Christian, he was very professional and polite ? I highly recommend the geek squad, excellent service !!!!!!

I recommend that no one uses Geek Squad at this location. I took my iPad in for repair in December. I currently have NO iPad AT ALL. The manager seems to think that I should just be grateful that they have been "working on my behalf" to get the issue resolved. I have only had to trust people's word, given no email or phone call updates on what should be done although I have been told, "well we are doing this for you even though it's not our fault ". At this point, I am done.

Had appointments days in advance, went through a call maze of trying to confirm/get information about my appointment to get nothing. go into the appointment that was made to fix the front and back of my phone just to be told they can't fix the front and back of a phone it has to be either front or back, that i need a new phone, and they don't even have the color of phone screen i'd need for it to be replaced. the appointment states what phone i have, that the front AND back needed repair so the fact that it took me to be IN PERSON to hear all this news for the first time was appalling considering how many phone reps i had to speak to in order to get general information about my appointment ! then to realize they didn't even have the correct facilities to do the job that an APPOINTMENT was made for makes them unprepared, unprofessional & incompetent. i could've found out days or even a day before i made the drive out to my appointment that they weren't capable & i could've found a place that could've. appointments are made for a reason when people have time to get these things done, people don't have time to be wasted & sent on a wild goose chase last minute. the only reason they got a star is because although furious the in person man did have good costumer service, didn't tell me a single thing i wanted to hear but was nice atleast.

Terrible Geek Squad. Troubleshooting process was cursory, rudimentary and rushed (even though I was only customer). Background / Inputs I provided were dismissed ; technician would not listen and continually had to 'go in the back' to consult other 'experts'. No ideas or possible solutions offered.Will not use them again!

I have the highest praise for Jeff who works at Best Buy in Summervile. He help me with putting a battery in my Laptop and other things. I didn't have an appointment and he treated me as if I had one. I appreciate great CS and I felt honored to be his customer. His Co-worker is Ania, she didn't assist me however, I was paying attention how she treated her customers and she was equally as attentive and very helpful also. Hats off to these wonderful CSR, if it's any indicator as to how the rest of my year is going to go ... I'm readyShirley Richards

Well that was a bummer. I set the appointment 5 days in advance only to be told when I came in they already gave away the last screen needed for my repair. Of course they didn’t call to let me know that or anything.Didn’t offer to help me find another location, nothing. No idea when they will get another one…just 5 days of waiting wasted and now I still have to figure it out ?♀️ On top of that she was rude. So that was unfortunate too.

Lazy employee who lies just to not do his job. Types the wrong information in on purpose and when told he is doing it wrong. Refuses to correct it. Also very disrespectful and has absolutely horrible excuses after excuse.

Bought a BeSpoke Refrigerator from Best Buy on 05/24/2022 for $2818.04 I was told it would be delivered on June 16 .On 6/15 at night they assured me it was being delivered. Removed my fridge and took off from work . After delivery time was to the last hr - I was told I wasn't receiving it . Had to move other fridge back and reconnect ice & water . New date scheduled for July 6 . Originally they wanted to have me wait until end of July . They delivered the wrong size fridge on July 6 . I told them several times and wrote that wrong fridge had been installed. I ordered a counter depth. They assured me I would be taken care of . The following day we discovered the water & ice not set up so we had to purge and fix it etc... We did not move the fridge we owned back for a second time . Was advised to let them Unhook their fridge . Well I am now on my third day of missed work for a fridge that has not arrived. Not only did it not arrive but they said it was coming. This morning. 4 hrs into apt time they finally call and cancel again. I have had two refrigerators hooked up bc one I own and the other they haven't exchanged for the correct one . When the fridge was ordered I had to do so on the telephone with a representative due to internet / online issues. She had me proceed as a guest for quickness or something. As a result I could not open my invoice and they knew this . The ordering took over an hr and I made it extremely clear counter depth was the only reason I was buying a new fridge. I am now paying electricity for min 1-2 months for 2 fridges plus I am out my $2818.04 . In these HARD economic times this is the last way to treat your customers. Plus I am Out $600.00 from Missed work and my electric will be a lot higher. They obviously don't give a damn . I was supposed to be called back by a supervisor hrs ago . So even when they pick up this oversized fridge I will be out min. $700 . I am still waiting for my $ back or a quick solution. I am livid . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF SIGNIFICANCE FROM BEST BUY ! I still have to get this crap out of my house and my $ back . I can't believe how I have treated them better than they have me . We are not even unwrapping their fridge . We just use it for ice . Beyond livid .
