Terrible customer service. I only came here when I had to. I’m sure they are aware they can replace me with another customer but soon they won’t have many because the lady who works here, well her attitude sucks!!!! She has terrible energy and should be working behind the scenes. She ain’t for the people. GO TO ANOTHER LIQUOR STORE!!!! Thank me later. Toodles.

It was a younger lady there who was nice, she spoke as I came in and spoke as I left. Though I initiated it, she could have ignored me as some stores do. I give a c+ for not ignoring. Outside of that, much convo didn't really occur, but again, I didn't initiate anymore other than the bye. For a bourbon hunter, this probably isn't a good stop. Better options at Liquorton and Links Liquor, both directly across the street. Maybe for some other stuff, they might be okay.

Excellent customer service!!!! I tested COVID positive and was unable to come inside the store and they were so patient in assisting me with get what I needed. Will definitely recommend this store ?

Stopped by here because the place I usually go to hasn’t had the particular brand of rum that I use for making cocktails and was put off by the poor customer service I received from the older lady that rang me up. Definitely not a good vibe and definitely not going to shop here again.

The owner is staunchly anti-mask and thinks the covid vaccine is a conspiracy to microchip everyone. This is from a conversation I had with her and a fellow customer. So, it's pretty assured that it's a great place to catch covid. I used to come here a fair amount, but the liquor store nearby called Liquorton has barriers to prevent covid spreading and the employees wear masks, and most of their inventory is cheaper anyway.

I complained of a predatory homeless Male outside and the old woman that runs the store made fun of me for my complaint to another customer (she's at LEAST in her 50s, maybe older?). She is always rude to me but I usually ignore it... but that was the last time I will ever go there.
