I have plantar fasciitis so I went to Fleet Feet to get some advice on products to help me. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Alex who asked what he could do for me. I explained what was going on and immediately I was shown some products that help with PF. I bought the calf and foot stretcher and the Strassburg sock. It has been a couple of days but I already feel better. I really appreciate all the help and will definitely go back. Shout out to Alex!

Always a great experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They’re Never pushy and it doesn’t feel like they’re trying to “sell” you something.

Recently had a fantastic experience being fitted and purchasing running shoes after a traumatic lower leg injury. Micah was fantastic. He listened to my wants and needs, took me through their fitting service and found me a great pair of shoes. The cost was a bit more than I usually spend, but the expert care and customized service were worth it!

Amazing fitting experience. Associates will help you get fitted and consider your unique needs when helping you select shoes and gear. They also all have really good knowledge of all the products and you don't feel like they are trying to "upsell" anything - just give you what you need. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Kristin!

This was my first time going to Fleet Feet. The fit process is amazing; the associate was very knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I’m not a runner - just wanted shoes for walking. I’m 71 and was very hesitant about going here. I have bunions but also narrow heels. The fit process helped the associate find great shoes for me. Would highly recommend Fleet Feet!

We went in at 6:30 on a Wednesday. The manager immediately started helping my son get shoes that would be appropriate for running. She explained everything and was so very helpful. She took her time and even though they were supposed to close at 7pm, she didn't rush anything with us. HIGHLY recommend.

This was my second time shopping at Fleet Feet. My first visit I did the foot evaluation (which I highly recommended doing and it stays in the system so you know exactly what size you need in whichever brand you want to try) at the Mt Pleasant location so I didn’t need another one while visiting the Carnes Crossing location. Both locations the employees go above and beyond to help you find the perfect shoe and fit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are very patient about going back and forth to get all the different styles I wanted to try on. I really like the employees at both locations have never been pushy about trying to talk me into buying anything I didn’t want like some shoe stores I’ve visited have tried talking me into buying the most expensive etc. I highly recommend visiting Fleet Feet atleast once and you will be hooked. I will definitely be back when I need another pair of tennis shoes.

Yesterday I had a great experience at Fleet Feet Carnes Crossroads store. They were very knowledgeable about the shoes I was wearing as well as a similar shoe in the Karhu brand which is what I wanted. They helped me find a new shoe with a great fit and even asked me my color preference. I can’t wait to run in them!

Ms. Darrian was very helpful & informative! Their 3D process & recommendations are amazing! They really understand how hospitality & service works. For some reason, I was under the impression that this place was super expensive, but I was wrong, prices are reasonable . God bless the Carnes Crossing staff & if I'm in need of some footwear going forward, I know just where to go! Thank you guys!??

I am a service member. I was prescribed by my DR to go to FLEET to get 1 of 3 brands that would help improve the foot issue I developed during physical training. I remember when I bought them them telling me that I could exchange within 60 days if I had any issue. In the last week, after getting back from Soudi, I was told that I should get a half-size larger because of my specific condition. After work at Shaw Air Force Base, I went to Fleet to exchange. I walked in, they asked if I could help. He went to the back and had it. I was so happy because I am a runner and I was sure I would have to wait to order what I needed. I handed it to me and I handed him the ones I had been using. I was so happy that this interaction was so easy and seamless right before my 4-day, knowing I would be able to run in the morning with my new shoes. I will only get my running/walking shoes from Fleet. I have been a runner all my life and really want ot support this business that really understands when I go there and discuss my running issues.
