Above and Beyond is an understatement. Jakie and Tyrone where absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Without Jackie and her team the insurance company would have tried their best to take advantage us. I highly recommend them. I can type a million word's of Thanks . But dealing with them is thanks enough. I've never had business treat strangers like family.

I have been in the car business for 20 years. My 2022 genesis G 70 recently got struck by an Amazon worker. I took my vehicle to this body shop. They were professional courteous. Jackie was a rockstar handling the insurance company, handling all estimates needed, and making my car back new again. Was very, very, very pleased. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service was exceptional. I was kept updated every day via text message and the Jeep was ready the day they said it would be.The quality of the work done on my Jeep was perfect and when I picked it up, it was clean fron the inside out. Jackie in the office made sure everything went smoothly from the rental to insurance coverage. 10 plus with everything.

I can't recommend Alves/Fit It Auto enough!! I was rear ended and my car was pretty jacked up (over $8k of damage) and they did an AMAZING job! They were super thorough in finding all the damages and got even the little scratches. They were so communicative with the progress of my car and keeping me updated. They also detailed my car so when I picked it up, it was completely spotless inside and out. Plus they were all SO nice!! Happy I have a spot I can go to now if I ever need anything repaired in the future.
