“Brought my iPad to iDoctor. My daughter had broken off the headphone jack in the port and I couldn't get it out. I dropped it off and he said he would take a look at it. A few hours later he called and said it was fixed and I could come and pick it up. Great customer service, quick reply on my device and he did not charge me anything for getting the piece out. Highly recommend.”
