Probably the worst hotel I've ever been too. Note, did not say STAY. Walked into our room, saw the nasty carpet, the bedding was dirty, there was pieces of the ceiling on the bedspread. Smeared roach guts were on the walls. There was so much water damage to the room it smelled of mold the second we walked in. Ended up booking another hotel and left. PLEASE. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

This place is disgusting.The linen was brown and the room was dirty.There was drug addicts hanging around and living there.The shower was broken.Then bed spread had big cigarette burns in them.I was very upset because I ask over the phone all the right questions. I refused to stay there and of course it being a big holiday all motels were full.I did not stay there 10 minutes and never got a refund.I do not recommend this horrible,run down,drug infested motel to anyone.

Been here going on 2 weeks and plan on staying until I get a place. Yes the building could ofc use some TLC but it is not horrible. When I checked in the front desk agent was nice. Upon entering my room the only thing for me was the floor and bathtub that could of gotten cleaned a little bit better (I carry my own cleaning supplies regardless of how clean a hotel is). Everyday you get asked if housekeeping is needed (who can complain about that). I havent gotten breakfast yet so I can not speak on that portion. All the ladies from the GM down to housekeeping are very sweet which is a big plus for me. This location is quiet and conveniently located next to all of the stores and restaurants including some in walking distance. Major thing for me is I have NOT seen one roach at all! Im not sure why other people have had that experience and cant speak on them but I have been perfectly fine in my room. One thing I would recommend is putting the mirror on the wall in a different location. If youre looking for something super special go spend your big bucks at the higher priced hotels but if youre looking for a reliable and safe place to stay def try Econo.

Myself and 2 friends were traveling on vacation and stopped in for what was going to be 3 days but ended up only staying 1 night. There were roaches, a bad smell and customer service was AWFUL! We were even asked to change rooms so a "regular" could have the space and proceeded to say the new room wouldn't be ready for 2 more hours. That was final straw so we left and booked another GOOD hotel. And "breakfast " is all cold stuff located in some tiny little hotel room!!!!

It's everything you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Not the nicest place but not the worst. Best thing about it is the location.

Rooms are nasty toilet didn't work. Someone spilled something on wall and wasn't cleaned when I checked in. Carpet was nasty. Door had no weather stripping so you heard any noise outside. Never again will I stay there.

Rooms: It's a place to lay your head and take a shower it's nothing fancy just cheap and convenient
Walkability: There is a lot of stores around the hotel all with in walking distance. Walmart, PetSmart, Ross, belk, and many more
Also there are many restaurants and fast food places within walking distance from IHOP to McAlister's and cracker barrel plus others

This business establishment is very unprofessional and the cleanliness is below zero. Management needs to be replaced or the owner needs to sell the place to people who will appreciate such a historical site. The new Housekeepers that are from the temp service are great and they clean very well and they change the sheets. The older Housekeepers who has been there for years do not clean the room properly and they do not change sheets. I use to work there as a laundry attendant I know. I also was a resident there too before I was hired and I always cleaned my own room I didn't trust them and I knew my room would not be clean if I allowed them to clean it.
The maintenance workers do not repair anything the roof is falling apart there is mold and mildew in majority of the rooms. The new maintenance man from the temp service does an awesome job when he works. If it wasn't for the temps that place would still be dirty.
They also have a lady who works 3rd shift front desk who has big ducks living in her room inside a dog cage with diabetic bed pads for them to urinate and poop on.. She is a hoarder and she kidnapped them ducks. Ducks are meant to be outdoors....by a pond breathing fresh air in their own environment. Not in a filthy room.
The smell is terrible like a zoo coming from her room on the 3rd floor and the mold and and leaking roof falling apart in her room is dangerous for the ducks and her as well. They charge so much money like as if their the Marriott or Hilton or Country Inn.
They like to try and bully the guests and certain new employees that they feel and know they can not control or manipulate. They are weak and lame for that. There are a lot of shady things going on at this hotel. The Housekeepers who stay on the site rooms are nasty and DHEC needs to fully investigate and inspect all of the rooms. My old room 308 was condemned too. Too late to try and patch things up now, the damage is deep rooted rotten to the core.
They did not offer me a new room when I stayed there I guess they figured since i was homeless and in need that they can put me anywhere. Management just sits on her behind all day does paper work and talk about people all day along with her housekeeping buddies she calls besties.
Them same buddies and bestie she told me was going to treat me horrible once I got employed. Because they complained about how hard the work was and they was tired so she hired me, they was short staffed at that time. I thought she was lying when she told me how they was going to act towards me while working with them vs me as a guest.
I was told by management to watch them cause they don't like changing sheets facts. My ex coworkers wasn't rude to me when I was a guest....they was rude to me as their coworker, so actually she was right I grant her that!.
They tried to run me away and when that didnt work they came together against me in groups and still failed. They manage to get me put out and put on the DNR list by the police 2/2/24 in hopes that i become homeless and jobless.... and still they fail as I rise. True indeed i was late with paying my balance...
That's why they tried to kick me out and called the cops on me 5am in the morning because of that......at least i didn't have a $1500.00 balance on my room rent like the other guest did, and he wasn't even a long term guest who lived there like i did. They all been insecure and hating on me from the start and it was all a set up to try and sabotage me.
In June 2023 I wrote a letter to management and the owner about the injustice I received while working there and they did nothing about it. Karma is here to serve these crooked people a dose of there own medicine. In due time. What goes around comes around. They did all of that over a job a laundry position that I was chosen for.

Ok let’s start with the bad, the room smelt like an ashtray. But the good part was the room itself was pretty cool, had everything one needed and was well insulated so the outside noise wasn’t an issue. Put to the test I slept like a log. I would recommend this place

Rooms: Rooms are definitely not as the advertise, the lobby isn't either. Whole place looks run down honestly. Rooms smell, corners of floor are nasty, doors don't look to save, walls are dirty. Honestly afraid to bring my suitcase in. I think the fridge and microwave are the cleanest things in the room at best. I definitely won't stay another night or come back

I have stayed in this facility several times in the past and it is so much worse than it used to be. The rooms on the right side of the building are terrible. They are outdated and VERY DIRTY! I will not be using nor recommending this place again.
