Great customer service from the store manager, she has completed turn this store around from where it was before til now. I wish her crew help out more often and work as a team.

I went into the store before work to pick up a few things. No one was at the front counter to check me out. I found one of the workers stocking shelves and she said that she wasn't working the register and someone else should be up there. No one was...Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.

Dirty floors, shelves not organized, merchandise in the middle of the floor. It looks like an earthquake hit. I went inside the store , looked around, couldn't find anything in that mess, almost fell over items (clothing, toys, Christmas decorations, etc.) that were just thrown over the floor, and I left. It was really shocking to see this. It used to be a nice clean store. Used to! I dont know what happened. It's sad.

Workers at this store are downright rude. The store is a disaster and never has things in stock that you could find at another dollar general. Go somewhere else.

I placed a pickup order for Sunday but didn’t get a chance to pick it up. Stopped by Monday morning and whoever I talked to said the order was never pulled and others didn’t know what they were doing. She said after she spoke to her manager later that day that she would call me to let me know about my order. It’s now Friday and just getting to call the store and I get no answer. Either give me the stuff I ordered or put the money back on my card.

This place needs a complete overhaul. The store is filthy and there’s so much stuff literally thrown everywhere, you can’t even negotiate the aisles. Items are either not priced or they’re placed in the wrong spot on the shelf. Most aisles are empty that are fully stocked at other DG stores so no “supply chain excuses”. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you at all and clearly would rather be anywhere else. Carts were full of garbage. We’re new to the area and it was our first - and last - visit.

Horrible service . They have expired coupons on the items and will not remove the coupons off . This is very confusing to the customers and joe the manager was not helpful at all ! Very very disappointed

This store decided to implement a store credit return policy a couple of weeks ago. However, it is no where mentioned on the receipts or anywhere in the store. This is terrible customer service. To not inform customers of your return policy is terrible service.
