I went into the store to look for litter pan and found a top then was charged 7 dollars for a top for a.whole set that only cost maybe 10 cmon no tag no nothing on it just a top on a shelf not even in the right spot

Dollar General has really stepped their game up! They’ve added such cute and modern home decor for great prices! They also have coupons always available for Saturdays and more of a variety in their mobile app!

I went to the store on yesterday March 18th to get some stuff for my kids and look at the date smh just sick and sad but the workers can be behind the cash register on the phone or outside, cursing in front of the store while on the clock I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE HERE

This store has usually been a great place to visit but it appears that new management (or no management?) has taken over. Trash now covers the parking lot and the aisles inside are impassable. Help!

I went to return a canister that had broken the first time I tried to open it. I couldn't find my receipt but I just wanted to exchange it. The employee was very put off and said she would have to get the manager. When the manager came out, the first thing she said was that they didn't sell those (very snippy), so I went to the shelf and brought another one up. I was very pleasant and apologetic over not having a receipt. She on the other hand was very put off and condescending. She asked if I just wanted the new one and when I said yes she just shoved it over to me. What every happened to good customer service and service with a smile. These employees act like your bothering them by even coming into the store.
