This was our second time in this store . We went back to get something my husband wanted . The first time we got a military discount with no problems . This time we ran into a cashier named Jill . She refused to give us the discount. She explained she had to tie it to a rewards card since we didn’t have one we couldn’t get it . Didn’t even offer the rewards card us . Please do not shop here . Very disrespectful employees. What a shame .

I recently purchased a ball before I did the employee Checking me out mentioned the lost or damaged ball plan. It sounded like a great plan and I’ve had my ball stolen before so I went ahead and got it I even asked if it would cover theft which she confirmed also. I had my ball stolen the first week I took it out, when I went to get my new one I was greeted by the same employee who quickly explained that it DID NOT cover theft, ofc im upset she follows with “sorry I guess you wasted 4 bucks” I’m already upset about ball getting stolen now I gotta deal w a rude employee.

Smallest selection of women’s adidas but also the way the store makes it extremely hard to figure out what is what. It blends from kids to larger sizes and I couldn’t find regular sizes of anything. I mainly came in to look at shoes and try them on before I buy. I’ve quite literally never seen it like this… they’re all display shoes. It took a long time before I was able to hunt down an associate and she suggested if I can’t find the box of shoes I need then to ask for help… I literally was so confused and said where are the boxes of shoes? And she said oh yeah they don’t have them out. But I don’t understand why she couldn’t help me. She told me for someone else to walk by. I couldn’t find any display sizes of the shoes I had in mind so I just left after waiting again.

It’s pricey but it’s still nice to go into the store. They carry a lot of diff brands but not many items in stock. You can just order them online. Luckily they had what we were looking for.
A pretty decent Yeti selection. Very cool to see some actual soccer Jerseys in stock.
We were asked if we needed help. But we politely declined.

I went in to find a pair of good walking shoes. Nobody helped me so I had to find the shoes, scan the bar coda and hope someone would bring them out. Needless to say I did my shoes that were there and I love them.

Shopped at the store in Summerville, SC located at Azalea Sq. and the young man at the shoe section, Matt, was courteous, professional and seemed to be someone who is value added to your work force! Equally friendly cashiers added to our experience in your store, thank you!
