  Wish they would actually answer the phones for one thing as well as when a customer leaves a voicemail call them back as soon as possible. I've called several times a week the past couple months and have gotten no answer and when I leave a voicemail like the machine says I get no call back.

  Called this afternoon because I haven't received an email from the IRS stating that my tax refund was accepted. Looked on my paperwork and noticed my email wasn't attached so I called and had them attached it. When I proceeded to ask if I would receive something from the IRS letting me know if my refund was accepted or not I was automatically told the IRS doesn't send out email... and he didnt know what I was referring to. Well I've been filing for years and I know they do. T
