I have been using this pharmacy for years with no real issues. Employees are helpful to resolve problems. Any trouble with prescriptions seems to be with doctors and insurance, not CVS. I have nothing but good things to say about the Minute Clinic. It's open after 5:00, covers a wide range of services, is closer than my doctor, you can schedule and do pre-check in on your phone, be seen same day, have the cost run through your insurance, and there's barely any wait. I've been familiar with their COVID testing and vaccines, but on a whim I decided to see if they could help with an ear infection, which they did!

I take a brand name drug which always has to be ordered so I understand there may be delays at times.. However I am constantly at the end of the month spreading out my dose until they get it ordered. Maybe it's them maybe not. Until I moved to this CVS it was always ready 3-5 days before with the same insurance.

I will definitely not be returning to this pharmacy to have my medicine refilled. The customer service that I received in the drive thru was very poor. The lady was so rude and short with me. It was bad enough that it was my third time coming through to get medication that should have been ready. She refused to give me the GoodRX discount at the window and told me that I would have to come back to pick up the medication. She told me that it takes 10 minutes to redo the label and that she had other customers in the drive thru. I have used my GoodRX numerous times before and never been told that I had to go back through the drive thru again to use it. This store could use some customer service training based upon the reviews listed on this website. I never experience this kind of treatment from any other drugstore. The lack of positive customer service here is deplorable.

My original pharmacy was out of stock for my meds so I called to inquire about inventory. I spoke with Sheryl, I believe, the pharmacist. She said they did have it in stock and would call the other CVS. She asked when I wanted to pick it up, and I told her as soon as possible because my flight was leaving within 2 hrs. I WISH I WAS KIDDING, when I say she turned around and called me right back to say IT WAS FREAKING READY!!!!! Never in my life... the first word that came out of my mouth was "NO!" Then nothing but Oh My God and Thank You! Literally almost made me cry. Thank you for going out of your way CVS team.

Honestly if I could give no star I would the pharmacy is so rude! Even if your asking a question I understand staffing issues but being respectful to others should always be first when taking care of others!

Sat in line for over 28 minutes to get my meds with only 1 car in front of me just for them to shut the window in my face and say they’re closed for lunch! Will not being doing business here again! They are rude and slow! Do not recommend this place.

The pharmacist is rude. To believe such a person is college educated demonstrates that they aren't educated with dealing with customers whom your dependent upon for support and financial compensation.

This pharmacy was an absolute nightmare to deal with today. We usually send our scripts to the one on North Main and have never had an issue there. Twice I was told today that the Central Ave location had nothing on file for my son. I went back to his doctor and they showed me where they had already called the script in. Headed back to the pharmacy for a third time to try to get my baby some relief. Waited another 30 mins for them to tell me they put it under the wrong name/birthday. (Dad has a similar name) and then asked me if he was still on dad insurance (child has NEVER been on dads insurance). The pharmacist finally apologized after I’d been waiting for over an hour and a half total. I also have to mention that my doctors office stated the person they spoke to in the pharmacy to confirm my sons script, was extremely rude to them as well. Avoid at all costs necessary. Absolute waste of time.

I've never experienced any of the issues that many in this post have had. I was shocked to see that they had anyone giving them a 1-star review. I only use this CVS location for my medications, which I have to take constantly due to chronic conditions. The pharmacy staff have always been very kind, professional, and empathetic. Plus, they have a drive-through window so it's really a breeze! CVS for the win!

They're sending emails to my teenaged child trying to recruit him with compensation to be a guinea pig and creating a covid vaccine. Parents beware! They are email kids between the ages of 12-17 and they don't require our consent! Evil!!

the pharmacy is very rude , racists & unprofessional. I will never spend my money. or shop with them ever .
