Had to pick up a special prescription for my wife and when I got there, I found out my insurance didn’t cover it. The cost was going to be north of $1,400 dollars. But the Tech (Kayla) and the pharmacist (Matthew) immediately helped me find an online coupon from the drug manufacturer that saved me the entire cost of the medicine. End result, the medicine was free and my wife is feeling better because of their helpfulness and awareness. I know not all medicines can be covered by online coupons but they knew this one could and had they not suggested I try, I would have likely not aquired the medicine for my wife. We are very thankful for your caring help!!

Prices are high, customer service is bland and it’s not dirty.. can’t expect much more from a CVS

I tried to go here to pick up my medication which is Vyvanse and the pharmacist tells me it's $186. I told him there's a manufacturers coupon it should be $35 and he tells me that the systems are down due to a random ware attack. Now the pharmacist did his job which is why I didn't give it 1 star but the reason for 2 stars is because being such a huge commercial prescription company like CVS you need to be prepared for things like this. Most notably you need to prepare for if internet isn't working or if systems are hacked this is a day in age where cybersecurity is constantly being interrupted. I guess I just expected better from such a big company. I cannot afford $186 for a medication I've been paying $35 for going on 3+ years. It's just Unbelieveable

The absolute worst pharmacy service I've ever experienced at any pharmacy. They are nice people but their delays and filling your scripts are horrible.

Whenever you call pharmacy you have to sit through all the voice prompts. When you try to reach out to speak with someone they answer the phone, say hello and then hang up. It's was not on their break. And it was during late morning hours. The professionalism is terrible here.

This is the worst place. Seriously. The manager here is on a power trip that's way above his social status. Look at the reviews. Almost 70% 1 star and the fact that CVS isn't doing anything shows they don't care. That's right CVS you do not care about you customers. I know for a fact there has been multiple serious complaints against this store and this manager but you do nothing. He is rude, ignorant and dismissive. His communication skills are horrible. He knows that upper management won't do anything and will continue to allow him to run it into the ground. "He is the boss, he doesn't answer to anyone and his word is law on that property" his words because once again he knows CVS corporate really doesn't care at all proving his point. And for the record look at my review history all 5 star reviews except this CVS. I don't complain or like to be negative. But I don't even understand how some of what he's done is legal.

Complete good vibes every time I go in. Always stocked, and friendly staff. Never had a complaint and I'm thankful for the staff’s enthusiasm, that’s hard to find nowadays :).

I just left this location moments ago and will never step foot back in this location or the ones that have filled hundreds of dollars in medication yearly for my wife and I. Thank goodness we have other options.Sadly, enough this encounter had nothing to do will prescriptions.My wife ordered some merchandise from CVS online, which was delivered yesterday and missing a bag of candy.Its apparent that these folks are not aware that CVS does have a delivery team. The young nasty rude Caucasian female could not understand the simple issue.I advised this person that my wife called yesterday around 5pm and spoke to the on duty manage who verified in the back that the guy who sorts the orders in fact admitted that he only placed one bag of candy in her delivery bag. That manager apologized to my wife and placed a bag of candy at the front desk which in fact had her name on it for pick up.The representative of the store kept telling me that CVS does not delivery. At that point the on-duty manager got involved and called another manager about this simple matter, my wife was on speaker phone trying to explain the issue. The young rude individual became toxic and yelling at me in the store saying I was not listening; I gave it right back to her telling her to just go the manager will deal with it. PLEASE PULL YOUR VIDEO AND CHECK IT OUT.After all of this I was issued the bag of candy my wife ordered and paid for that was not in the delivery bag.SO CVS DOES DELIVERY.The manager I was dealing with had to tell the girl to walk off and leave go to the back of the store.The manager was very nice and did apologize for the representative, who told me, call cooperate she does not care.Its amazing you can't make this stuff up.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. Pharmacy techs are inattentive, dismissive, and at times outright rude.

Super long lines where you ask yourself if waiting 30 mins for just a few cars in front of yours to get meds is ever worth it. Super slow. Would go somewhere else if you have a choice.

I went to get my meds in the drive through. They lied saying it was never in the system. Then I called back to ask, They deleted my prescription and offered to send it to another store further away! Completely unprofessional and sad!
