They said my daughters meds would be ready the next day as it needed to be ordered. Mind you it's just amoxicillin. Called in the morning to make sure they had it. They said come after 2pm and it will be on the truck. Got there at 6pm and they said it was back ordered. Why didn't someone say that from the beginning? Total negligence. No stars would be more fitting than 1.

The store is fine. The pharmacy staff is abysmal. I've been a customer of CVS in various different places and have never experienced this level of rudeness. One pharmacist in particular sounds like he's half asleep and it's way too much effort for him to be civil. Add his insulting attitude, rudeness and the fact that he has hung up on me twice now for no good reason without giving me my medication info in a clear manner = time to find a pharmacy that treats its customers like human beings.

Actually "0" stars! The. Worst. CVS. I've pulled my wife's scripts. Now I will pull mine. Zero follow through. Associates will bold face lie to you. For 24/7 pharmacy, they should be closed.

Prescriptions take 3 days to fill. I've never been to a pharmacy that takes so long. Meds were in stock but they told me if I can get there in 2 minutes they'll have it ready otherwise they'll have it ready tomorrow. Rx should not take 3 days to fill if they have the meds in stock.

Never send your prescriptions to this location. The staff will lie to you and say they'll have something in stock tomorrow, and then they'll say that again and again and never get it in. The people here do not care and they do not know how to communicate.

I only came here because Walgreens was out of stock on a prescription I got from my doctor for a common antibiotic This place possibly gets this antibiotic from China for about a couple of dollars and the supply chain is making them take advantage of low inventory. Had to pay 225 dollars for a 90 day supply Not coming back her, not even for soap

Gave me the wrong prescription. Had to make another trip to get the correct one and give back someone else's pills they gave me. Get home only to find out they gave me the wrong prescription again. Now i have to go back. No pain meds for 2 days after surgery because of them. Just wanted to go home and go to sleep, but have to go back and forth and patrice had the nerve to threaten me that she would pull the bideo to see who got my medicine. saying according to her records we got it. Even though they gave me someone else's meds with their name on it and even called leaving me a message that they had given us wrong ones. These pharmacists here could kill someone. Three times i have to make trips and instead of an apology i get a threat!

The CVS on Main Street in Summerville has a photocopied 10 dollar bill on a homemade store promotional sign. I playfully told the cashier that photocopying money was a federal offensive. He became argumentative and started yelling about stupid laws and how anyone with common sense could see it wasn't real. He could not understand that it was still a federal offensive to photocopy the money. Overall, he was rude. I do not like this store at all!

Went to minute clinic tonight as a walk in At 555pm. Woman dr called in a mom, and was done by 620. her son was next but the mom said he had to Go to NC so his appt was cancelled and the next on the board was a no show. But she refused to see me stating that she goes by the computer. I mentioned that I was having asthma/allergy symptoms and she said to to the urgent care because she doesn't give out certain steroids. I asked if she could tell me where it was since I am not from this area. she said "google it". And then went on the clean the office. So much for southern hospitality or the oath to help the sick. Shame on her!!!! More important to clean up to get out early than do the job she is paid for!

Open 24 hours a day and conveniently located adjacent to Arby's in Summerville this CVS offers a drive thru pharmacy and is also a site that offers Covid vaccinations. The inside of the store has seen better days, specifically the carpets but they provide professional customer service and offer a wide variety of vitamins and supplements at a reasonable price.

CVS on North Main Street in Summerville is a well managed CVS location that has everything that you need when you need it. The store is well organized and it is easy to find exactly what you looking for. The staff here is very helpful when you need assistance. I have had a good shopping experience every time I have been here.

I do not typically go to this CVS, but I was out and about on the weekend and needed to get my flu shot. I decided to schedule it on the CVS app. I was able to schedule, check in, and go straight to the pharmacy to let them know I was there. I had to wait about five minutes before the pharmacist came to administer the shot. The inside has been updated since I was here last, so that was nice. However, the parking lot was FULL of trash by the parking spots, so that made it a little less pleasant. I came and got what I needed but I would not be eager to return, nothing was spectacular to make this my go to CVS.

I spoke to the pharmacy technician at 4:27pm to have medicine ready and I told them I would be there in an hour. When I arrived at the drive thru around 6pm they said no medicine was ready and said you can’t sit there and hold up the line. I drove around back to the window and we were discussing why no medication was ready and she close the window on me saying I don’t have time to argue with you. Then she went and got the black girl she came to the window with an attitude say

So I’m thinking wow since I’ve been at the drive thru they were able to contact them but not before INTERESTING. So now me and her going back and forth about the medicine and she has the nerve to say well I can go get your medicine ready if I wasn’t here talking to you. BOTTOM LINE these people are unprofessional and unethical whatever my insurance won’t pay at Walgreens I will pay for but I refuse to deal with this type of behavior EVER AGAIN! I called Walgreens and told them any and all meds pull them from CVS BYE! Spoke with the CVS manager about what happened and she said they might have been a little busy, but if that’s the case why not just that in the beginning instead of being disrespectful to the customer?! NO TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE!!
