Absolutely horrible customer service. We had an event planned for Saturday 7/9/22 and paid upfront for posters to be made on 6/30/22. The receptionist (owners wife) said posters would be made and ready by Tuesday 7/5/22. Today is 7/5/22 we reached out to this establishment and now they’re (owner and wife) are saying the posters would be ready in a few more days. We called today (on promised day they said the posters would be ready) and the owner had no sense of urgency or professionalism when it came to conducting proper business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and if I could give 0 stars I would. Unethical and Unacceptable.

I can not praise these owner’s enough!!!! So incredibly nice and helpful with anything you may need. My shirts were above expectations! I highly recommend this shop and it’s always a bonus to support local businesses!
