The recent store experience left me wondering…Will I shop at this location again? I will be probably go to West Ashley. The manager Robert was rude…inquired on the store items being accurately represented on the website…his exact words…”I do not know why they tell y’all, the items are in the Store…like who is yall? A consumer…I placed an online order and it was cancelled. But I found out about the cancellation when I called to check the status. I never received an email…

I ordered a basket online for pickup. I got the email saying the order went through and that I'll recieve another email when it is ready. I periodically checked my email and texts all day and recieved no notificatio. I finally called the store, and the man told me he canceled the order because the handles were damaged. I told him that that was fine, but they should have called me to let me know. He told me I recieved an email about it. I told him that I did not receive an email. He said that whenever they get canceled an email goes out. I said I even checked my inbox before I called and I did not get an email. He got really snippy with me after and told me that he was sorry but I should be getting an email later on. I didn't appreciate the attitude, especially since I did nothing wrong. If their email system is not accurate , they should give courtesy calls in cases where orders need to be canceled.

I stopped in to World Market on Wednesday at 11 o'clock, july 29, 2024. There was a 60% off sale going on, so I knew I was in the right place!
I came in here looking for drawer pulls for a dresser that I'm repurposing but found some fantastic deals on garden accessories.
It looked like everything in the store was 60% off so I was very excited when I got to the register and got an additional 25% off. I spent $90 and according to the receipt, saved $189.

Do not order furniture on line…I spent 1,500…on a cabinet…that was never delivered and it’s taking two months to get my money back

Met associate Susan, on our first ever visit! She was so helpful regarding the furniture we were interested in. There's so much to see from housewares to furniture to decor & gourmet foods. The store is like a treasure hunt! Definitely worth the time to stroll & discover! We will be back again & again!

Always a good find for a great price. I've been able to go to a lot of different countries and it's nice to see many of snacks and food from those countries that I can enjoy anytime.

Love this place!! Especially the food section!!! Pastas from other countries much better quality than American made(sorry not sorry, truth) . Especially Italy, it's because of the cheapness and greed of the big corporations farming that has taken over American farming!! Some countries don't allow American wheat to be imported, try theirs and you will understand why!!

I was happy to find the World Market. Store is clean and well organized. Lots of lovely options to buy. My only suggestion is to have the items on sale better displayed and marked. Lovely merchandise- definitely needed more time to shop.

While in the store yesterday to look for a new table I was greeted by Dwayne, who was extremely personable and helpful. Soon after Dwayne introduced me to Sawyer who was equally helpful! These men were top notch in customer service and were so helpful loading the table and bench into my truck- which I was so thankful for! They made my day, it means so much when you can have a nice experience!
