High turn over rate and behind the scenes drama. Very nice at first but working there the manager told me all of her customers buisness. They think she's not going to say anything but does as soon as they walk out. Sad. When I started working here I was homeless and had customers asking if I was alright as the manager told them my private buisness. I decided to leave after almost 2 months as I felt I was being pushed out. This is why you continue to see new faces every week working. It's a trend. She doesn't care for all of her workers and talks poorly of them when they quit and even the ones who'vebeen there for years. . Be careful venting your buisness it'll be aired out soon.. because ive heard all the customers personal life and im new to the area. .I loved working there but couldn't put up with the bullying I then encountered. Sad to have to let it go. Tried to reach out to the district manager he did nothing sad I really didn't want to quit.

I love coming to this circle K because it's close, quick and the deals are great. Buy 2 get 1 free Celsius and I got additional taken off from rewards! Great rewards system here.

I went to this Circle K last night around 3am, it was closed. They claim open 24 hours and the sign on the door says otherwise. So which is it? I had to visit the Circle K further up Central Ave by Food Lion, they were open.

Closed at night had a sign saying opening at 6 , and here it is 630 nobody has opened the store abs there's a line at the place. Get it together

Store continues to open up late. 3 of us stood at door after 6 am watching the creW try to get things ready to open up. Finally we all left and went to Parker’s. They never have enough staff working. All of my family has experienced problems at this store.

I have had IT ! I have been using redbox for a few years and was very happy initially. In the last year I have had more messed up disc versus working ones. At first I thought it was my player error. However I wasted $ buying a new one just to have the same crap happen over and over . Then you calk for your refund and it takes 10-15 min and all u get is a $ for $ replacement . This doesn't cover gas , time or headache. I am DONE ! Its a shame that the people who created this system and made billions are NOW to tight and obviously unappreciative of the customers they needed to teach that threshold / Its obviously the purchasing of inferior products . I AM disgusted ! I will never allow my family and never recommend to anyone to use broken down lame disc Redbox again. Uf u are going to take $ and waste people's time then hey Einstein how ant make it worthwhile . What JERKS ! Plus customer service isn't American according to my 75 calls this year . So plan on wasting at least an hr with cleaning putting back in then returns plus calls . I would rather pay AT& T now you know i am pissed . Everyone hates at& t

Cleanliness is slipping. Used to be nice years ago. Staff are all rude and unenergetic mostly.. Have yet to see the GM... not sure who's at the top of it but one of the managers, helen,not sure if she's a shift manager or what she had a management name tag though, when she rings me up I feel like I'm such a burden... Then the generic scripted "see ya later or, take it easy" after the half hearted ring up that you can just tell is soo disingenuous. Might as well just say "I hate my job" Advice to owner: NEW MANAGEMENT- START FRESH. Get corporate in there, somethings gotta give. Until then, 1 STAR :(

Service is way down here. They are slow and dirty. No room at counter, STOP UP-SELLING ME!!! Bathrooms are gross and people working are rude. Can’t wait for The new one being built to open. Maybe will keep then on their toes.

This Circle K on Central Avenue in Summerville/Knightsville is a great location to get gas, drinks, and snacks. They always seem to have gas a few cents less than other locations in the area and that can add up. The location is very convenient and easy to get in and out of if you are in a hurry and need to fill up. They are very friendly and efficient inside and know how to keep the line moving. Everything is always clean and well run here.
