I met Chris through my father who was selling his home around February of this year. He sold his home in 3-4 days. A few months later my husband and I made the decision to sell our home. His experience and professionalism was top notch. He brought in a fantastic videographer, set the stage for the best appearance and advertised perfectly which brought in heavy traffic and many offers. In just one day, seriously, one day, we had a showing every hour and 5 offers above the asking price. By 8:00 that evening we accepted an offer, our home of 23 years was sold.
