The team treat every client like family, I can't say enough good things. They took such good care of my dog Big Ben when he had cut his side severely after we had just adopted him. He got so many belly rubs and treats, he absolutely loves coming here. I've never had such stress free vet visits. They also don't leave any surprises on your bill they are very transparent every step of the way.

Today we brought our dog Bobby Ray to Cane Bay vet for the very first time. We were so impressed! They went above and beyond to make our baby comfortable. So many treat choices, relaxing music and endless scratches. He had such a good time at a place he’s usually scared of. They even numbed him up where he was getting his shots and he didnt even notice they had given him shots. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Michelle and Dr. Hardee

pricing is a bit high, it was around $400 for one cat, he got shots though so that explains kinda. But I love this place, my cats are comfortable, they have a room made just for cats. they are very gentle and give a treat to your cat to calm them down also!

We really love this clinic. It's a certified Fear Free clinic meaning the clinic is geared toward providing comfort to your pet first and foremost. My pet's comfort during a vet visit is important to me. Here's ways they try to make your own comfortable: hormone diffusers through out the building, treats in the waiting room and visit rooms, toys in the visit rooms, silicone mats on the exam tables, getting down on your pets level or whatever is most comfy for your pet (if your pet is happier being examined on the floor, they do as much of that as possible), singing to your pet (my pup recently was serenaded while he was getting his shots), etc etc. They also have drinks and snacks for the stressed out pet parents, and plenty of cutesy reading material.
The cost is marginally higher than some of the others in the area, but is not overpriced.
I always try to get my pet meds through the clinic to support local small business, but going through Chewy or elsewhere would be a lower cost on prescriptions.
If it's a first visit for a puppy, they send the puppy home with a goody bag with helpful information, a few treats, and a small toy.
My dog is so happy when he comes here that he does an excitement piddle while wiggling trying to get into the exam room. ? I love seeing my dog think he's seeing friends - and the way there staff treat him, they are his friends.

Great staff, clean office, they have separate room to help avoid issues between others, got my pup an appointment quickly when he had an issue. Switched from a different vet about 2 months ago, we’re happy.

I recently moved back to the area, so I needed to establish care for my two senior chihuahuas. My parents recommended Cane Bay Vet Clinic due to their fear-free approach. This was a new concept to me, and I wish I had known about it sooner. The time, care, and patience the ENTIRE team gives to my pups is beyond anything I’ve experienced in 13 years of dog ownership. The exams are thorough to make sure my concerns are addressed and the pups are comfortable. A trip to the vet used to be very stressful for me and the pups, but no longer. I cannot recommend the clinic enough. Thank you!

This vet clinic has some of the most compassionate employees. We unfortunately had to put down our dog Gambino, and the way that they helped, guided, and comforted us during this time was amazing. I will continue to go to this vet for any future pets we may have and will recommend them to anyone I can.

Absolutely can’t recommend this place enough!
Every member of the staff is so welcoming and sweet, and the environment is absolutely amazing. I had a minor pet emergency and they got me in right away and assured me that my baby was in good hands. They talked me through everything they were doing with him and were really open with the pricing and communication was top notch. I can’t imagine going anywhere else with this level of love given. If I could give ten stars I would.

Don't be fooled by smiles and happy faces these guys are nothing but greedy! I have had a terrible experience here, we actually lost our pet because of their greed and failure to disclose the dangers of surgery at an old age. Had we been properly informed we never would have consented. I have expressed this to a friend and she too will no longer go there! Beware!

Brought our new rescue Jack who had kennel cough from the Berkeley Rescue, which is understandable. A week later Jack had some stomach issues. Wonderful experience Jack did not want to leave. With a rescue you really don’t have much knowledge of his health history. I cannot speak more highly of our experience.
