My first experience was amazing, customer service AMAZING, the exhaust ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Im saying this for real because everybody should come here for their first time at least. Exhaust sounds amazing and its so damn loud and Im one satisfied customer, Thank You Bob's Masterbend!!!

We brought our 2019 KIA Soul here due to a Catalytic Converter/P0420 Code. We originally took it to the dealership and after having to wait for over a week to get it diagnosed they told us it was giving a P0420 Code which is for emissions and they wanted over $5000 to replace despite the known issue with engines burning oil faster than it should it wasn't a recall or covered under the 10yr/100,000 mile warranty due to the emissions coverage ends at 80,000 so not to be without our car any longer than we already had, it was recommended to us to bring it to Bob's Master bend in summerville and let me tell you they did not disappoint, not only were they able to fix it in a timely manner they did so at a VERY reasonable cost, and it was discovered that they only had to replace the front converter instead of the whole set. I would HIGHLY recommend any KIA Soul Owners to come to Bobs muffler shop ANY work unless you need transmission or electrical work that's the only thing they don't work with. The staff is friendly and reasonable and they only recommend work that is absolutely needed. The only downside is that they can't warranty their Converter work on KIA's due to the known issue with the oil consumption issue KIA engines seem to have which is not their fault, i would still recommend this shop for your repair needs

Went there during normal business hours, watched someone walk in amd when I went to the door it was locked. Called 3 times while I sat in the parking lot, someone answered amd hung up each time. Oh well someone else got the business.
