The best employee at this location is a young African American Male in the tire department. He’s courteous and always pleasant and really understands customer service!!
. He willingly answers questions about tires and checks pressure and won’t even take a tip.
I hope someone in leadership will recognize his efforts as he certainly goes well beyond what one expects someone on that job to do

I am not interested in navigating though the liberal blue hairs that hate you. I am a white male middle aged. Believe me when I say I can from California for a new life. I never hated anyone based on color. I have been harassed there mostly by white a hole Karen's. And now for the second time with my ptsd, I forgot to get an item out of my cart. It's hard as a white guy avoiding the blue hairs in the cars. I cancelled my membership as a result. Military' folks. If you are not a crazy person do not do business here.

We enjoy this BJ's Wholesale location and Wellsley Farms products. The staff are always professional, friendly and courteous. This location is always clean.

I don't know why we took so long to come here when we live in Summerville. We LOVE Costco but it's a 35 min drive and it's always PACKED. No matter what day or time so we finally came here and not it's not Costco but it's a happy medium between Sam's and Costco and we loved it. It was 75% less busy and so much closer and more convenient to our home. I'm so happy we found this place and will be joining asap! They even sent us a 20$ off coupon in the mail.

In store is greatPick up orders are okay. they’ll give you the wrong item sometimes. Like when I needed size 5 diapers and they gave me size 1.Also don’t bother calling they don’t care to answer.

I purchased beef stew at BJs in Summerville SC. It was 3.7 lbs. Hidden underneath was a large quantity of fat. I yielded 2.9 lbs. after removing the fat. I never experienced this kind of waste in any beef stew I ever purchased. I sent a note to customer service and did not receive any reply. I signed up for BJs for convenience. I will return to Costco for quality.

BJs is great unless you place an online order. We ordered a TV December 21. It made it to the site for delivery by AIT to a Barry's Air Freight on January 4th. We repeatedly called the number to have it delivered and never heard back. So finally was able to have it returned so we can purchase somewhere else. Of course the Barry's Air Freight finally calls on January 18th just to confirm to return it. Unbelievable. Never again.

It's a damn shame you call BJs and they give you a list of extensions, yet none works. Invalid entry. That's all you get.. one of the reasons why I will not be renewing my membership.

I'm really impressed with BJ's starting to catch up to Costco on the selection of products available to the point where this is our go to routine warehouse stop for normal groceries, etc. They still don't have a chance when it comes to Costco's meat and bakery selection, but as far as non-perishables it's good enough for normal shopping. I am giving 5 stars because I recently had to get a set of tires for the daily driver and was extremely impressed with the tire department. I ordered the tires online, which were comparable in price to every other location (Costco, Discount Tire, etc.). I made an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes before my 430pm appointment. The clerk and technician were in the lobby waiting and immediately took the car back, DONE IN 25 MINUTES!!!! This has to be the fastest tire service I have ever received. My last experience at discount tire of Dorchester was about 5.5 hours for 4 standard tires. I came out of the main store and there the car was parked up front waiting. Also, the clerk and technician were extremely polite and very efficient.
