ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I'm a disabled vet so try to use delivery and curbside services to avoid pain. Ordered a TV online for curbside pickup. Very easy taking my money but not so much in getting my product. Followed curbside directions online and waited. And waited. And waited. Store was not busy at all. So after 25 minutes I tried calling just to get a "customer service rep" from I think New Delhi. I explained the situation and he suggested I go into the store. Now I don't know how y'all understand curbside service but mine is DON'T GO INSIDE cuz it's paid for already. After suggesting that 3 times he said just drive up to the front and beep the horn. NOT. After I said "Is this really customer service? He hung up on me. I can't believe Amazon, Target, and Walmart are beating this store into the dirt. Let me be clear. BEST BUY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST DISABLED.

This location is horrible. Best Buy always was my go to when I need to buy electronics . I went to this location on 1/22 at 11:23 to purchase a scanner which the same scanner were on there website for this location for sale 249.00 it was last one. I went in the store I seen the scanner same scanner for sale 249.00 when I went to check out to the counter it rung up for 349.00 I told the guy that was at the back counter on the right.He didnt care he was like do you have the money or not. I told ask what was his problem. He seem just because I told him that its ringing up the wrong price which the website said on the shelves said 249.00 he automatic thinks BLACK PEOPLE do not have money . He was so racist. I know he is 100 precent racist because all the white people that was before me and after me he was so nice to and went above and beyond for them. I want him to know Buddy that is the wrong place to work at if you are Racist. I would provide his name but he did not have no name tag and it wasnt on the receipt.I am very disppointed the service I receive.I will not returning here.

Employees seem like they’re bothered by you being there. No attempts to help…I gave 2 stars because of the selection but it might as well be an unmanned store with self checkout.

Big waste of time with the geek squad here. Bought a car stereo and installation for my wife. On the first try, they never got to her car so she rescheduled and made sure she was the first appointment of the day. After many hours she was told they cannot install the stereo without her purchasing all new speakers as well. At that point she had been through enough and asked for a full refund which they agreed to. But the installation fee was not refunded and I had to endure talking with way too many helpless associates before finally getting my money back. Be advised: if you're thinking about having the geeks install a Kenwood stereo in your 2006 mini cooper, find someone else. They can't do it even though the website says they can. Best Buy is the worst!

I had to wait 15 minutes for an associate; they were not very knowledgeable about the products they offered. Okay but nit great experience.

I had a very bad experience in this store I bought some security cameras and I bought them protection plan and I went to return them because they stopped working and they gave me some with half the value of mine and the one in charge of the store Daniel told me that I didn't have to pay for the installation and that I just had to pay for the protection plan again and I thought they were going to give me back the difference and I realized that they charged me for the installation with my refund and I went to the store to tell them what happened and Daniel the manager only left without solving anything he only left me there in customer service

JaCorey is very helpful and diligent! He knows what he’s talking about and is very familiar with the store. I came in, in a rush and was able to take me exactly to the product I needed and showed me various options to buy. It made my trip there quick and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
