This place is going downhill fast they closed my local branch did not even send me any paperwork or let me know at all went there one day to make a deposit and it was closed up. So I decided to go to the next local branch in the Yemassee well this time they sent me a letter and saying that that Branch was closing and the next nearest Branch to me is over a half hour away I think I'm going to find another bank enough of this.

I had somewhat of a freakout this morning about my previous accounts at Truist and had gone in the get it solved. Being the big baby that I am, I was really upset and couldn’t help crying about it all. Amy at the counter was really sweet and lovely and walked me through it and I got it figured out. Thank you for calming my anxieties about money!

I went into the branch located on Dorchester Road, Summerville SC. Amy, the teller, was condescending and arrogant. Considering this was an error on Truist behalf, I would have expected them to be apologetic not condescending and rude.

Called , spoken to in person and even talked to customer service about getting a new card due to mine not working. After 5 attempts and a few months later I am fed up. I go to the bank and the teller was rude. Shook her head at me. Acted like I was incapable of giving them my address after I gave it to them many times. Finally able to get my card sent to me after putting up a fuss. Truist was an amazing bank in the beginning but now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Please work on consistency. I went in for a notary and had been for a year in a half. For the first time, I was turned away. Please do better as I have had my time wasted waiting to be seen when I could have gone somewhere else. Please also publish the policy so it can be easily found.Normally drive thru customer service is fine.

Went to deposit money and this teller named Amy was super rude and at the end farted at the end of the transaction. It was utterly disgusting and smelly. Never going again they lost a customer

My mom passed away and when they couldn't get a hold of her they sent the contents of her safe deposit box to a facility in Florida. I turned in all my necessary documents in June and both bankers quit talking to me in August. Quit returning emails and phone calls. My grandpa just received a letter from the facility in Florida saying we need to claim her contents. Which means they haven't heard of me, the executor. These bankers didn't even turn in my paperwork. I'm in contact with an attorney and the FDIC

Tellers extremely rude, no customer service expecally brown hair young lady. Wouldn’t give me cash for my check today like they normally always do. So I asked them to give me 40 cash out my account and lady told me go to the atm. Every visit seems like they have an additude for something side I caught an additude because they sent my check to another person’s account causing me not to get it for a week and was extremely rude and inconsiderate then. After 3 years will for sure be switching banks

This BB&T branch on Dorchester Road in Summerville is a well managed bank that has excellent customer service and can take care of every transaction that you need no matter how large or small. The staff here is professional and efficient at making sure that everything is taken care of.
