This is where it's with fixing broken devices etc. And, the customer service is probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. BBS Computers went ober and beyond to get a virus off my computer. Geek squad charged me - they did try - BUT, they did not fix or remove the virus, BBS saved the day but also the expense of a new computer. I had given and was going to just another PC. Thanks a million for a job well done. It just doesn't get any better than BBS Computers...

They tried to charge me $60 for a used universal charger for a laptop. Chargers are $20 all day long. Ripoff artists.

For a long time, I got great care. But after some of the guys left, all they knew how to do was wipe the drive and reinstall Windows. That's it. Didn't fix the problem at all. My computer nearly died. Went to Summerville Computer Center and learned that they have a bad reputation around the tech service centers in the area. I am never going back.

I called BBS Computers Repair Summerville and they were able to fix my computer the same day. I had a virus and a messed up hard drive. I was so happy I could just cry. I have heard of a lot of people that have paid hundreds of dollars to have their computers fixed, I am so grateful for these people.

I needed a laptop fixed for my mother, so I took it to a local repair shop to get its screen fixed, and it ended up being more than just that. Not only did they fix the screen, but they also updated the operating system, and they got rid of all the viruses that were inside.
