I managed to not only drop my phone face down when I stumbled, but I also stepped on it! I haven't had a phone smashed this bad in a while! But the repair person at this location made my phone look brand new!
I was certain they were going to call me and say this was going to cost more or it was a total loss. I'm glad I was wrong!
Turnaround was super quick! Professional and friendly staff!

My battery in my key fob died and I needed a new one so I went by Batteries Plus in Summerville, South Carolina about 20 minutes before they closed. A pleasant gentleman named Caleb assisted me by replacing my battery and answering all of my questions even though the store was about to close. He made sure to let me know that if I need my battery replaced again to just bring it to any Batteries Plus nationwide and that it would be taken care of! Excellent experience with superior customer service by Mr. Caleb! Thank you!

Extremely professional and proficient battery specialists in everything related to Batteries and more; Dylan did an outstanding job in replacing my battery and checking to ensure my alternator was functioning correctly. I have been using Battery Plus over the years, and unfortunately, the one in Sumter, SC, closed; however, I was happy to find one in Summerville, SC. I recommend you stop by and visit with Dylan and Caleb to address your needs. BTW, they offer a military discount as well.

This morning my wife woke up to an iPhone battery that wouldn’t charge at all. Phone was a refurb and reviews complained about this. I didn’t give much thought so I called batteries plus. Josh answered was quick to give me a good price and repair within just a few hours.I’m very happy with service, speed, and price.
