I don't have a BoA account, but one of my children does. I'm disabled/physically challenged. The drive thru services haven't reopened since Covid. I would have to go way out of my way to use a branch that does have drive thru tellers. This is really inconvenient for us that have mobility issues.

Doesn't open until 10am and still keeps bankers hours. No drive through service. Doesn't seem to want to provide service to it's members.

Took me 5 weeks to close my mother's account so I could open new ones. She has dementia and I'm her guardian. I had to close the old accounts due to theft.

They told us (after waiting for almost an hour) that we can set up a bank accout from my phone at home...we still had to go to back to the bank afterwards so they can comfirm. None of them know what their doing over there.

I do not make a lot of money, but I like to save & invest what little I have. There is a man by the name of Bob Crane that works at this bank, he treated my husband & i as if we had millions, & explained to me in a way I can understand. I wish more people at banks were like this.

We were the victims of fraud and caught it day one before the transaction went through and even though we told Bank of America to not let them get our money they let the transaction go through and now we need to wait up to 90 days to get our money back even though there is video of someone illegally using a card they must of duplicated. If Bank of America ever says they care about small businesses they won’t support you when you need them. 4 grand is a lot of money to have someone take when you have a small business. They had there opportunity to help regardless of any follow up remark they leave here.

Came in to cash a check, because doing a mobile deposit means the funds appear only the next day, and the lady made me put in my debit card and said she can’t cash the check because I don’t have the same amount in my account. What in the world??? She can only DEPOSIT it for me and they’ll put the funds on hold to verify. This is after BOA won’t accept a check made out to me for whatever reason. I am forever done with this awful service.

Great customer service LINSEY is a really great customer service and she do her job as she’s the face of Bank of America I said that because I have experience with other staff acting like it’s bank of amirca problem not there’s, But LINSEY taking care of customers and helping them as much as she can even if it’s more than wat she suppose to do, those great people we need to do business with , Loving there job , knows wat she’s doing , and make customers happy as much as she can , this location is a winner to have her there I would be back for sure and recommend that location to all my friends.

I’ve been with Bank of America for decades. I just wanted to say he was awesome . He opened a business account for me. I never felt rushed. He educated us on all our options.Will Priester thank you for friendship. You our my Banker from now on.

Tried to get more than a hundred dollars out of ATM (at the Summerville Dorchester location) would not allow. When I tried to call location phone number they put me in an endless loop so I was never able to get an answer. At this point I will wait to see if issue clears up tomorrow, if it does not, I will go into this location and find- in person - wants going on. Customer service needs improvement.

Prompt and accurate answers to any banking question. Recovered money and deposited into my account even before the funds were recovered. Customers come first.

Asked for assistance teller said use the app, told her app isn't doing what I need she then said she can't order an ATM card. That's a lie straight up to my face they issue ATM on a daily basis she told me report it stolen, so it would freeze my account and I would have no access to my money, I believe she is touched in the head. No manager assistance they happy not to get a replacement card on sight and I am on hold still since 1pm 90 minutes so far. Is it awful to ask for assistance, since they charge for the cards anyway.? I will make sure not to bother you again seems across the road they wouldn't mind giving me a card and take the business. 20 years and 4 different accounts doesn't mean anything to bank of America apparently.
