We have been calling for 2 months now trying to get out furniture repaired. Furniture that we have had not even a year! Every time we call they say we will call you back and nothing. They were supposed to set up an appointment to have someone come out and fix the furniture and nothing. We reached out to corporate for further assistance since we had no returned calls. Here we are today with no resolution and no one to take responsibility. Will be calling corporate again. Horrible customer service if you ask me. Will never purchase furniture from them again.

Took 3 months to get the furniture after we purchased it Furniture started coming apart after 2 months and cannot ever get anybody to call you back when leave messages for the management team.Update: It has been 9 months and after reaching out several times and getting no return phone calls I gave up. We are at the verge of having to throw the couch out due to it coming apart and it being unsafe for the grandbabies. We have only had the furniturefor 18 months and it is horrible and of coarse the still want their money every month.

2019 I purchased a couch, chair and coffee table. The part under the arm of the chair has come away from The wood of the chair. I can't figure out how to put a picture of the issue. I'm seeing a big gap not just on the chair but also on the couch.

When it was time for the sale 5 stars. After 1 star to be told my furniture is already at the warehouse so delivery will be 2weeks to being told it’s not at the warehouse. Now when you call they pick up and say please hold. They don’t wait for a response they just place you on hold I have called twice to be placed on hold 10mins or more and during your hold the phone rings then they pick up not to say anything but to put you back on hold. Sales reps should definitely reach out at least once a week to update customers on shipping

We purchased a couch with a protection plan on it for 3 years. Replace or repair. The cushion collapsed on it and they claim it’s normal wear and Tear. The cushion that collapsed is the cushion that is hardly ever used. Recommend going to Ashley Furniture. Pay a little more but your going to get better quality furniture.
