I purchased a refrigerator that was supposed to be on sale. The refrigerator appeared to be in good condition. I get to the register to pay for it now the price is full price because the price displayed is for a refurbished one and the one Im purchasing is new.The sales clerk and manager was very apologetic because they didnt know how to fix it in their computer.Its delivered a week later with dings and scratches. I took pictures and took them to the store. Clerk said she had to contact corporate. Didnt hear from thembso I called to see what can be done, clerk put me on hold to speak to the manager who proclaimed I should have moved the refrigerator in the store to check for damages and that since I purchased the floor model its my fault. I actually liked the refrigerator and was asking for a percentage off for the damages.The manager was very arrogant and told me that hes not giving me anything more because I should have checked. He than hung up on me.I can see why The store is going out of business the customer service is horible and I would never buy anything from them even if thwy reopened in another name. Zero stars.

We just entered the "Just Looking" stage, but Babcock was a great store to start in...The staff gives you space and allows you to look with No Hassle!

Had an amazing experience today at Badcock. The salesperson was awesome. We were greeted immediately when my husband and I entered and treated with kindness and respect .
Everything was explained perfectly and I left feeling great about my purchase. I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years and will come back again.
I damaged my dining room table and filed a claim effortlessly which was handled swiftly and replaced immediately. Buying the protection plan certainly helped
