I highly recommend this AutoZone location, based on customer service and knowledge base. My car battery died and I was concerned I would need a replacement. The manager, Wyatt Moon, took care of me quickly, and kindly. He advised me of an inexpensive solution and had me on my way in a couple minutes. While inside the location, I asked the cashier if they had cold water. Not only did she say “yes.” She walked over to the fridge and grabbed a water for me. I will definitely be utilizing this location again.

This place has the best customer service around. Ben was so helpful with finding wipers for my car and they were easy to put on. It's hard to find places that have someone willing to go out of their way to help customers. I will be shop here for all my auto parts.

Was looking for a standard 12v ignition coil for my 1950 ford 8n tractor. The older gentleman who was serving me was absolutely unfriendly and wasn’t even trying to find the part that I needed. Absolutely unprofessional…went to Napa and easy peace got my parts and the other stuff I needed.

I went there to buy a new battery for my mustang and Wyatt assisted me. Great customer service. He was very knowledgeable of their products and suggested the battery I purchased. He even installed it!

Wow! What a blessing to have Wyatt in charge at your store here in knightsville. He is very knowledgeable AND very customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond his scope of duty...I went in today for a battery. Wyatt took his time to install my battery AND a new terminal cable clamp. He tested mu alternator and starter as well. I lost my only young son earlier this month and I was very stressed...what a difference Wyatt made in my life today! Thanks Wyatt! Blessings to you and your family and Merry Christmas to all in my neighborhood Auto Zone???

Wyatt was a huge blessing today at autozone, very detailed in knowing what he was doing and helped me find what was wrong in an instant! I def recommend him if you go to auto zone, def one of the best experinces I’ve had coming here!
