I don’t normally do reviews. I needed a battery on a Tuesday night. 2 dudes hangin out in the store. All they had was the $250 battery, I didn’t care. As a courtesy Auto Zone will install the battery and I understand you close in 20 mins. Instead of selling the battery and installing it maybe to take 20 mins, Advance would’ve had it done. they offered to give me a jump if it needs it. They just had too much stuff to do and they wanted to get home and I understand that too that’s why 3 stars.

Manager is the worst ever ! Do not shop there she was rude and too busy too even help me as I stood there for 10 min as she talked on the phone about nothing having to do with auto parts ! Avoid this location she is horrible with customer service !

It took two trips. I was given all the wrong parts on the first trip. The employees don't strike me as very knowledgeable parts people, just clerks reading a computer screen.

Update: Once again, they were super helpful. I bought the wrong light bulbs and not only did they ensure I got the right ones, but also installed them for free.

I was at Autozone Summerville in the Publix shopping center with a problem of black dots on my car. Ben helped me. I bought cleaner to get them off and a clay bar. I used them. My car looks great. On Christmas, a family member told me it stripped the wax off and I need to do…. So off I go to my Autozone store today to get wax etc. Ben helped me again and told me I didn’t need to do anything!!! He is such an asset to the business. I share my experiences with my friend and associates so they can get great service.Thanks Ben!!!Ann
