He was very informative with his vast knowledge and insight, made no bs promises, but ended up over-delivering. Likewise with the installation team. Workmanship was nice and clean, top notch, and finished when they said they would. Price including labor wasn't as bad as i had anticipated. “Got some new Amp power running boards installed today. Was really impressed by how quick, easy, seamless, and professional the entire process was. Fastest email response ever. Phone calls to schedule and confirm service appointment. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. Service was done faster than they estimated. The install itself is extremely clean and I appreciate the attention to detail like aligning the boards and centering the LED lights. They also took time to hide and route the wiring more than even I would have. These guys do what they say they are going to do, and the price I was initially quoted is the final price I paid, both of which are unfortunately increasingly rare nowadays. It makes sense why they have so many 5-star reviews. Will definitely be returning to Joe's for my future truck needs. And I'm loving my new steps!”
“I highly recommend this AutoZone location, based on customer service and knowledge base. My car battery died and I was concerned I would need a replacement. The manager, Wyatt Moon, took care of me quickly, and kindly. He advised me of an inexpensive solution and had me on my way in a couple minutes. While inside the location, I asked the cashier if they had cold water. Not only did she say “yes.” She walked over to the fridge and grabbed a water for me. I will definitely be utilizing this location again.”

He effectively communicated every step of the way and I did not have to call the shop to check on the status of parts or the repair process. “Parks auto parts store down on Rivers is the only one with the knowledgeable speed shop in it at all. He’s the only guy that could help me with my 455 olds that I have in my jet boat now everybody sells parts for 455 old, but nobody knows how to look up a part unless they can put in a car in the system to tell them what to do. This guy don’t need that and he can make some match whatever to make something work awesome guy.”

If I could give her 10 stars I would!
I am a regular customer and I came I to return 2 items that I wound up not using and to buy a very important item from permatex called Moto seal so I can put my dirt bike engine cases back together and be ready for a race this coming weekend.
Well, I must have not given the employee at the time of purchase my phone number for rewards and I never keep my receipts.
The manager said the items can’t be returned and Katlyn offered to pay for the items out of her own pocket.
Reluctantly I agreed only because how important it was to get my bike back together for the weekend race.

“Had a great experience with the team at N&R, went to them a few days after I got rear ended with significant damage to the rear end and front bumper area of my ‘21 Durango R/T. Met Mike B and he is as friendly as they come and he performed the initial evaluation and told me he’d try to have my car in ASAP but couldn’t guarantee it could be in sooner. A week later he calls and has me scheduled to bring it in a few days later. They did tell me it could take up to 8 weeks to have room for possible supply issues. Just over 5 weeks later and got the call that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. The entire staff at N&R are top notch, super friendly and super informative. Even my young granddaughters were happy to see my SUV again and even said “I missed my Lolo’s fast car!” Many loves and thank you’s to the entire N&R team ?????????????????????????”
