Matthew and Jimmy work great together to carry out my treatment plan. They listen to my concerns and what I want out of PT. They are great patient advocates and have really made a big difference in my care.

I like it very much. The staff is very helpful and caring for you. They even walk me to my vehicle to make sure I'm ok. They are also very friendly. I really enjoy coming there they make my recovery easy. In a nut shell they are awesome ?

Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They explain what they are doing and why. They discuss care plan and give a printout on first visit of goals.

Kelly and Jim (my current PT therapists) are doing a superb job in helping me recover from back (neck) surgery. I have been a patient over the years for several different problems. They are always superb.

I have been here for my shoulders and knees, and the staff here are 2nd to none! Their attitudes are always positive, and they really work with you on what is best for you! They go that extra step and really get to know you while you are here. I felt like I was getting helped by a friend rather than a Physical Therapist! These folk's performance is unparalleled, and I couldn't recommend a better place to go for Physical Therapy!

I would give no stars if possible. While their hours may state that they start at 7:30 a.m., I had an evaluation scheduled last week at 7 am, and PT visits scheduled for today and tomorrow at 7 am. Last week, I receive a text reminder that I need to be there at 6:40 am to complete paperwork, I get there at 6:35 am, and the next person to arrive was a therapist at 6:58 am. By the time my evaluator showed up, it was already after 7 am and I had not yet finished the paperwork, which now took up time of my appointment. The receptionist, who is supposed to be there first, did not show up until after 7 am while I was already having my evaluation. Today, a different therapist opened the facility at 6:58 am and after a few minutes, neither of the 2 therapists that I would have been scheduled with had showed up. The receptionist, nor my therapist, had not even showed up before I drove away. I advised her to cancel my appointment for today and all my remaining appointments. During my evaluation last week, I also witnessed a therapist walk away from an elderly patient and not be watching what she was doing. I heard what he told her to do, and she was not doing what he had said, but he was not there to notice. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I make the 7 am appointments because I need to go to work. Apparently, they do not feel that their patients' time is as valuable and cannot show up on time. If they cannot be there by 7 am when they schedule appointments, they need to change their hours. If I need further PT, I will go elsewhere and certainly not recommend ATI to anyone.

I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first time doing PT. However in terms of the service, the professionalism, the interpersonal skills and the overall comfortable atmosphere. It is all excellent! Thank you

Great trainers here as I try to recover from years of playing sports in high school and college and then having the great idea to play rugby from 2008-2012 while living in Chengdu.
Several trips over there test to come, but the PT group, Sara & Matt in particular, are 1st class.

Jimmy is the best! My mom suffered a fall and Jimmy has worked with her and she looks forward to her visits twice a week. It is the highlight of her day and having Jimmy as her PT is the absolute best we could have hoped for in a PT for our mom. I would not ever go anywhere else, we will follow him whenever he goes.
