I was having issues with my whirlpool washing machine, I called and Francis came the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the replacement on hand. He was very professional and prompt. I will call him for all future repairs

I have been trying to get into contact this company for weeks. I had my board replace in my refrigerator and this didn't fix my cooling issue. I have left several messages and i have no response as of yet!!!!

I scheduled my washing machine for repair and that all went well. I was told the problem on a Thursday and asked to patiently wait a couple days for an estimate, which I kindly did. After leaving several messages and receiving no replies, the voicemail the following Wednesday communicated that the admin staff was on vacation and wouldn’t be returning until the next Monday. I am still without even an estimate, never mind parts ordered!! This lack of follow-up is unprofessional and inexcusable!

Our appointment was set and confirmed and then day of no one showed. It was then changed and still. 5 hours later. NO one has called or shown up. Not a great way to represent the company.

I arranged for a diagnostic on my refrigerator because the freezer had stopped cooling just three days before Thanksgiving and repairing the ice maker. The representative arrived, checked the temp, noted that it was warmer than it should be, connected the existing line to the water outlet, turned on the ice-maker and then attempted to collect payment. I told him that I had previously connected the ice maker with no success and that I still had no info on the freezer. He said to call Friday (two days from then) if things weren’t working properly. An hour later it was obvious that neither were functioning. I called three times and emailed hours before they were scheduled to close. I finally reached someone at the office at 10:15 Friday. They said they would refund the diagnostic fee. Absolute waste of time. No willingness to resolve what must be a very common issue.

Your repairman arrived on 12/12 found problem with our refrig, stated he would be back on 12/14 to install part, paid service call $85 on 12/12. Francis returned on 12/14 installed part and was paid approx $248 which was paid, on both of these occasions a receipt was asked for and of this date have not received said receipts. Called office on 12/16 and again requested that the receipts be forwarded to my email address which was given to Francis, still no receipts. If email address was taken down incorrectly, the correct one is

After I paid $350 for them to fix my dryer, it stopped working again an hour later. Since then they have scheduled an appointment to come back 3 times and never show up. If they make it right I’ll edit my review, but right now my family of 5 is knee deep in dirty laundry and I’m not happy.
