Bought a 300 black out omni hybrid wanted to stay with an american made firearm hoping the quality would be better, they have great customer service but the firearm is inoperable, the round will not eject I just currently sent it back to be fixed will update once the firearm returns.. UPDATE#1 ITS been a week since they had it to fix the problem I called them and they told me to call back in 5 weeks and they should have an update that they was still working on repairs that was sent in from February that tells me they have alot of issues with there firearms.

DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ATI HAS ANY “zero tolerance policies” it is not true and they tolerate way more than is acceptable. This is a horrible place to work with zero physical safety measures in place. They say they have cameras but they either don’t work or don’t use them. They tolerate countless sexual harassment claims but then try to say that they have a “zero tolerance policy”. Shantrell Williams is only one example of someone who had multiple people come forward regarding sexual harassment allegations and for some reason Tanya or Karla in HR, along with the owners (Rob and Tony) and the production manager Leroy, all thought it would be a good idea to not only keep him employed but also made one of the women who came forward work with him on a regular basis. This happened years ago and that employee was only terminated a couple months ago. I’m currently looking into legal actions, along with notifying OSHA and the DOL regarding their infractions, my experience, and the experience of 4 other individuals. The “zero tolerance policy” either does not exist with this company or they pick and choose who it applies to. Please be extremely smart if considering work here and always have a back up plan when it comes to this company and its unbelievably poor management!

Everyone here is extremely professional and also very knowledgeable with whatever questions I had. They were extremely patient due to it being my first time here. Definitely will be back.

I bought a brand new gsg firefly 22 caliber handgun. It doesn't matter how expensive or premium of ammo you throw at it, from day one it won't fire more than 1 or 2 rounds before jamming or failing to eject. I bought this for my wife to carry with her but she might as well carry a whistle it's so unreliable. Absolute junk and should be ashamed to sell firearms this poorly made.

This place is terrible. If you want a firearm don't buy one of these. You are better off with a bottle of pepper spray and a butter knife. The owner Tony doesn't care about his employees. It's trash from the top all the way down to the product. Good riddance!

If you are a breastfeeding mom or plan on being one this is not the place for you. My supervisor refused to move me due to media getting in my bra and would constantly yell at me about making 40 hours when I had to clock out to pump mind you most people were there and never made a 40 hour week since starting but they never got yelled at or nothing. Not to mention caused me to have a panic attack cause I was basically being yelled at for feeding my son and not being able to stay over cause I have to watch my kid. And when I told HR about it I was told to contact them but then after asking how I can contact them the case was closed due to me terminating my job. Let’s not forget I was there for almost three years. They don’t care about you nor your family

Purchased an Ar15 milsport 5.56 ria all upper and lower aluminum. Oiled it up and took it to the range and I had no malfunctions at all very impressed

410 upper. Don't buy them. I brought one a week ago and it is trash and I can't even get them to answer a email. So much for a warranty. Spend a little more money folks and buy better guns. This place is trash.

I purchased an 5.56 AR pistol. That catching all types of problem. FTF FTE and bolt won’t go home. Other than that is a great gun! But what’s worst is their return policy. You practically have to rewrite the constitution just to receive a rerun slip if approved by the power that be. Some companies purposefully put American in there title because they’llGet the business. But then screw you over after you send them you money. Buy a better product if you want to have fun. This was nothing but a fun gun purchase. I never intended it to be the weapon to save my life. I have ten weapons I wouldn’t have grabbed before this one. But you can’t have fun at the range when you’re stopping to clear your weapon 5-8 times on one 30rd mag!

Alpha 15. From day 1, I had ejection & feeding jams. Tried a number of things for a couple of months. Recently found extreme slop in the the lower receiver mag area. Found that if I force bottom of the mag forward, & hold it, it fires flawless. Tried another Lower, and no issues. Took a video of the sloppy movement, and sent it to ATI Costomer Service on 03/02. At this time, I still haven't received as much as a verification that anyone has even looked at my email.

bought .410 BBB rounds for taurus judge/public defender. didnt fit but other manufacturers are fine. no option to return. buyers beware.

Good prices for good qaulity, however they are lacking in the service department. They claim to have a warranty on defects. Simply put they sent me back my rifle with nothing changed or fixed. That garbage is long sold but people, avoid plastic guns. My stupidity doesn't have to be yours. The turnaround time on my rifle was about two weeks max and they sent it back with a letter claiming to have examined and repaired the rifle. Not true.

Tried numerous times to get a replacement charging handle for Omni 410 that broke after the second time shooting it. Emails, phone calls, no response. Still have broken handle. The lower doesn't accept aftermarket one.
