Don’t rent here unless you want your items stolen. Was late on a payment, ended up paying and continue to pay on time. When I come back to some very sentimental items stolen from my unit.
The manager had left my unit unlocked knowing that I paid the fees and month back on time. The items that were stolen was a Purple Heart and something relating. Again, it was very sentimental. While I am very well aware of how important it is paying your bills on time. We go through rough patches and when you choose to make it right. Things like this just really get to somebody. I contacted the owner to of course get the run around by him. He is a very shallow individual.

Stored my boat at this location for 3 1/2 years with no issue whatsoever.. The staff was accommodating and kept the facility clean and modern. I would definitely use this facility in the future.

Roger, mgr of Bacon’s Rd A.S.S. Was incredibly helpful & made an otherwise hectic cross country move into a wonderful experience! He was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to out of his way to get us set up with units.

Rented a unit at the end of the month. Didn’t realize until I went to cancel that I was paying for that whole month and not the next. Then less than a day and a half later needed to cancel because I got a job offer in NC. No refund, nothing. The lady says well we could have rented it out…. In a day…. Sure…. Called corporate they are useless as well. Called twice, she emailed the wrong place first…. Haven’t heard a thing. I spent over $80 for 1 day. This place is a rip off. Go to platinum storage in Ladson!! Way better and cheaper!!!
