7 hours to get loaded ?? One star only because I can’t give a negative number. I had an 8am appointment, sat in the door and no movement until 1pm. They finally gave me the green light at 2:15 but no one called for me to check out or came to seal me up. At 3pm after watching their employees take multiple smoke breaks & hanging out outside I went inside to find out that the office didn’t even know that my container was done. Our other driver had a 10am appointment and they didn’t start on his until 3pm. Been here a handful of times and it’s always bad! Do better!

Easy to find.Take first driveway.Drive all the down the driveway to the gate. Drive thru gate until you arrive at office building all the way at the end.Park truck out of the way and walk to first door. Through there you'll walk all the way down the hallway and checking will be on your right.Nice ladies behind the glass.Plenty of room to back in.Received a door right away.Out within 2.5 hours.

The bomb dot com!! Great customer service and was checked in and loaded VERY quickly. The people saying bad things about this place should try going to the staples or somewhere, bc I was impressed!!

Great place to deliver. Got me in early and unloaded even before my appt time. They have a HUGE lot to park in, I grabbed some dinner from the Pilot and parked in their lot to eat... no fighting for a spot at the Pilot!Only 1 other truck there with me the whole night, after I ate I walked around the lot for a good 45 minutes before bed.

I picked up a load here and was loaded quickly. Everyone there that I spoke to was friendly and polite. There’s enough room to back in with ease at most door. Restroom available in hallway at check in. I’d have no problem picking up another load from this facility.
