Jan Manning was not only our trusted realtor, she is an amazing friend. She did an exceptional job listing and selling our home. Communicated very well, very informative, and was always willing to help in any way she could. She went above and beyond to try and help us find a new one, only reason why we didn't purchase one with her was because we ended up going out of state. I definitely recommend her.

Very poor customer service and unresponsive. Most of the people I spoke with over the phone were rude and just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help and were in a hurry to get off the phone.

Where do I begin, rented 348 Spoonbill Lane, Mount Pleasant SC 29464 from Christine Stafford. The house upon walk thru looked ok but I was in for a surprise…it was/is ridden with black mold (the sinks are collapsing and a piece of plywood is covering the mold under the sinks), no ice maker in a fridge that has an icemaker because there is no water line attached, the subfloor on the steps and 2nd floor is badly damaged and makes a ton of noise, mosquito ridden because there are several areas exposed to outside from damaged areas on the outside of the house, refrigerator door handle was glued on and pulled off within the first night of us being there which was never fixed, water damage at the back bedroom window, leaky sinks-one had water gushing under it upon move-in, etc. A nightmare of a house, and nightmare dealing with Christine and this rental unit. Within three or four days of moving in I knew I had to move my family out of this unit to prevent us off from getting sick from the mold.

Myself and my family's experience with the Agent Owned members working at this location has been horrendous! Brenda, the property manager says one thing to a tenant and something very different and opposite to a property owner. They are rude and heartless and money hungry. I'm looking for a place to move after I was told that they wouldn't renew my lease after 3 years as a tenant, because the owner wants to make renovations to the property and charge way more for it, more than he knows I can afford. They gave me 30 days to vacate and I have been busy looking to move but it has taken some time and I am permanently disabled requiring 24 hour care. I explained this to the staff at Agent Owned and even to the Chief Operations Officer. RALPH, who only said that it was unfortunate but that they would file for eviction and take me to court. Its already difficult finding a place to move to and going to be even harder if they do this and slap an eviction on my record. Think long and hard before renting a property from that business.

Closed on a 425k home, went to the home and it was a disaster!!!! Nothing like the home we thought we were purchasing... Agent owned only cares about a check not doing good business!!!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Annette Klohn and her team have been AMAZING. Not only did we buy our home with her 4 years ago, but Annette and her team (Gina and Kim AKA Charleston Southern Charm Homes) did not hesitate to take us on when we contacted them about selling. I would highly recommend these ladies. They know the market, they know what sells, and how to get the job done all while effectively communicating and representing their client (you!), whether you are buying or selling, we have now experienced both! We went into contract in 9 days! They really should be called the "Dream Team"!

Annette Klohn has my trust in everything. We first met back in July 2016 when I was looking for my first home. I did have another realtor prior to Annette, he wasn’t looking out for my interest and trying to go out of my means. However, Annette took the time to ask questions to see what I was interested in and budget. Within a few days we had a whole list of houses to look at and needless to say we found the perfect home and closed without any hiccups or butterflies in my stomach. No matter time and day Annette was there for me and what blew my mind was even after closing she still helped me with any questions I had later on. After leaving South Carolina I did rent out my property and didn’t have a good experience. So living in japan I needed someone that I could trust to sell my house and the first person to pop in my head was Annette. She helped get my property on the market and still made sure I was getting what I wanted in the long run. Annette is definitely your go to person hands down
