I’m posting a review from my son’s Google account. My name is Lorraine , and I’m in my late 60s & broke down on interstate 526 yesterday. A young man named Tyree from the Ladson area AAA towed my vehicle to a AAA care center. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism so much, because it was upsetting to break down for the first time and need a tow truck. People like him will make me want to continue AAA service from now on. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Erik today at AAA. We brought our car in for a check up before our car goes o ut of warranty.
They treated us well and got us out fast.

My wife's car was stuck on a stump in the parking lot at the Vets in Summerville. She called AAA and they said our coverage wasn't in force because I missed a monthly payment. I had paid annually so that was incorrect. I had to leave work and drive to a AAA office. Sure enough, the plan was paid for. The young lady called roadside assistance and I gave them my wife's cell number and address where she was. I was told they would contact her in 5 minutes and let her know when they could be there. This was just before 5:00 pm. At 6:30 pm and still no call I set out with a floor jack to see if I could do it myself. We were able to get the Carr free and we're now home. It's 7:34 pm. Still no contact. If there was any other road service company, I don't care if it was 2 guys and a donkey, they'd have to be better than AAA. I've paid for many years and we need them once and this is what you get? What a sham!

I had a coupon $69.99 oil change and tire rotation, my total was $81.55. I asked why salesman stated tax. I looked over my receipt it has additional charge $8.50 for supplies. Why if the coupon says oil change for $69.99?

No pressure oil change and tire rotation. The staff is great, especially Klaus. Austin has taken care of my truck and car a couple of years now, and he always does a fantastic job.

Very unsatisfied with this location. My vehicle stopped cranking got the vehicle towed over and they couldn’t seem to find what the issue was spoke with someone told me to come pick the vehicle up and pay a diagnostic fee although they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I did pick the vehicle up and the next day and the car drove fine for the first day, that next day the vehicle did the same thing again. Since i previously paid a little over $200 i took the vehicle back to them. They’ve had the vehicle for two days and i was told the vehicle cranked with no problems and they’re still unaware of the problem. I went to pick the vehicle up and was told the vehicle was being worked on but it was parked on the side of the building. I feel like at this moment they’re shooting at the hip and just throwing anything out there to make it like they’re doing work but in actuality they weren’t. I paid for a diagnostic and my vehicle has yet been diagnosed I’ve just been told this is a weird issue and they’re not sure what it is
