Paid for gas at the pump. No receipt at the pump so I had to walk in to get it. Apparently the receipt says "prepay". I did not prepay, however, since the receipt says prepay I can't get reimbursed for it by my company. Will never come here again. Thanks a lot 7-11. I paid at the pump. No prepay.

I had appointment for interview set up at 2 pm showed up 10 minutes early.Asked for manager, he said that he was unaware of my appointment... So I showed him m my confirmation on my phone.His response was " I don't have time to look at emails but I will see you anyway"Told me that I would start Saturday, he gave me pay rate and schedule.I haven't heard from him at all as to actual start n time.I left messages as to what time and dress attire with no responseThis store is a joke don't bother

The associate Amyah was so helpful and kind. I came in crying about a breakup and she took the time out her day to comfort me . May God bless her soul ?

Alright let's break it down. Former employee, there for the grand opening and had aspirations to move up in the company. Ruth laughed at me. Went on to talk behind my back. Found an excuse to transfer me to another location outside of my range without informing me or the management. Since the original crew was thinned out this place went downhill. Trucks never there, the management never there, and the crew clueless. Rumors of theft in management, coffee machines are basically ignored. Shelves almost always empty. I tried to get hired back on to maybe help get things back on track. Showed up early for an interview. Management tells crew to take my number and they would call. Never called. New guy managing it, at first seems nice. Heard some comments he made to the crew that were a bit disrespectful but not horrible. Told me I would be on top of the list if he does fire anyone. I've since heard of a few spots opening and have gotten no call. Then there's the roost. They act like they have authority at times, the food is bad, and the systems for the registers has so many problems. Half the time you can't use a card, and if you have cash it has to be exact. I was excited to work here when it first opened. Now, this place i only go for convenience and hope they have what i need.

Gas sign says $2.63 and the pumps say $2.71.... I get gas here all the time and this is B.S.

Everytime I go in this store when I come from work there’s literally 3-7 teenagers or people in there stealing I mean it’s ridiculous not one of the employees even look up long enough to see what’s going on. I mean this has got to be a joke right ? They never have cigarettes the drink are never on the shelves if they’re could be a way to give negative stars I would. The manager is never there or I would complain. Assistant manger always saying the truck didn’t bring it …. Always rude never has answers to what’s going on. When this store first opened it was great now for the past 3 months I don’t know what’s going on here it’s literally a joke.

Went to the roost and the people were in the back to busy arguing to see I was there. Grabbed a biscuit and the bread was burnt and egg was hard ? used to love these places but looks like quality has fallen. The store itself looks great the other staff was nice. But the roost .... Lost my business parkers and spinx it is.
