It’s terrible when I’ve bought the same brand of cigarettes here for years, plus I buy a carton at that every week. I’ve came here the last 5days in a row, none on the shelve, cage is locked up. Same situation at the 4 stores in the area. Upper management doesn’t do their jobs managing and in turn it affects the employees don’t care attitude! And the last sentence is more than just about keeping cigarettes in stock. This and many other 7-11 in the area have been going down hill for the last year or more. So I don’t know who to blame the store manger or the district management.

No toilet paper in the restroom or paper towels normally not an issue. I tried letting the staff know and they said they didn't have any? They can't put a sign up or let people know before going in. I understand things happen but the lady didn't have to give me attitude when I was only letting you know. I had to call someone to bring me toilet paper....

I’m a homeless person and I have been able to fill up my water bottle without having to pay for it. Tonight I was getting hot chocolate and one of the cashiers said that I had to pay for it or else she was going to call the police. I have never had a pay for refilling my water bottle until tonight.

The 600 bacons bridge location brought in a new manager for some reason. Since then the store has been the absolute worst I've ever seen in the 20+ years I've been coming to this store. The manager has a terrible attitude, horrible work ethic and is too busy gossiping to do anything in the store. Constantly out of everything and FILTHY. All the good employees have been run off and replaced with lazy, snotty, phone junkies. That store has gone from being constantly flooded with business to a ghost town of a parking lot. Absolute worst 7-11 in all of Summerville. I now drive an extra 4 miles to take my business to a different location. I rarely ever go in the store anymore and avoid it at all costs.

Very unprofessional. I applied for a store leader role online.I received an interview & was told it would be located at 600 Bacon Bridge Rd Summerville SC. 11/29/23 at 1:15 PM I showed up early at 1 PM, No interviewer/manager was at that location! They were at a Ashley Phosphate location! They wanted me, to come to that location to interview? WOWI was emailed & sent multiple text mesages that interview was going to be at 1:15 PM at 600 Bacons Bridge Rd Summerville SC 29485 waist m6 time and 7- Elleven. I saved all text and emails for proof of un professional issues. If this is what is happening at 7- Elleven, how can they recruit employees to want to work at a place so unprofessional? If I could give negative 5 stars I would! By the way corprate 7- Elleven Rita , online recruiter is a joke!!! I have proof of all emails and text! (One copy of one email below)Hi Adam! I just wanted to remind you that your 30 minute in-person interview at 7-Eleven is tomorrow Wednesday, November 29 at 01:15 PM EST

The manager is a stumpy short lady Caucasian and give free drinks but is really a nasty she let bums sleep at the store and use the phone to harass people I will call cooperate to let them know they will fire the manager that's letting bums work there and steal drinks
