When we first started going this hospital, I felt they truly cared about the animal and the owner. Now, I feel like we are just another ATM for their practice. They are not as personal or caring about the animal or the owner, as they once were. I feel they are overloaded with patients and we are just another that comes and goes. Rushing and not truly examining the actual problem you bring to them.

The staff took amazing care of my Saint Bernard. They greeted him before me which is as to be expected. My pup has not had the best experiences with vets but this place went above and beyond for my 6 year old baby. He got all the pets, treats and the best medication for his allergies and infection. After seeing the doctor I was giving a detailed quote of all my options to make sure my pup was taken care of.
I’m definitely going to make another appointment for both my fur babies to be seen here. The staff was kind and truly took the time to talk to me and look over my dog.
The fact my dog listened to the vet and was comfortable was enough said.

On the plus side, Dr. Becca was lovely and I had faith in her clinical expertise and diagnostic capabilities. She was very kind, and listened attentively as to why my pet was being seen, and I felt my pet was in good hands. The minuses during appointments to come, however, outweighed my feelings about continuing at this practice. After a few visits, each time seeing different elements of a dirty environment, the cleanliness aspects about which I spoke to Dr. Becca, maybe during my second or third appts, were never addressed. They were as follows but not necessarily in this order: My first appointment I sat down in the exam room and to my right was something smelly, and green and yellow on the wall. I rested my elbow on the exam table and it was sticky; there was also pet hair on the table leading me to believe they do not clean (I would expect some sort of sanitization, but they didn't even wipe off the table or the scale) between patients. I let that go the first time because maybe they were short-staffed and/or it was an oversight due to possible emergencies earlier in the morning or just being overwhelmed and busy. The next appointment, same exam room, whatever was on the wall during the first appointment was still there. On the table top pet scale there was a smudge of blood. I asked the vet tech if she wouldn't mind cleaning the scale, so she took a wet paper towel and just cleaned off the blood. Wiping off JUST the blood was a shocker, and would have been comical if it wasn't a situation where parasites or any other contaminants could have been transferred to another client's pet by contact with the blood. I asked very congenially if she wouldn't mind cleaning the entire scale cradle where my pet would sit, and she obliged. During this appointment I mentioned to Dr. Becca my concerns and I felt she understood and maybe things would be different during my next visit to that exam room. Nope. The next visit I immediately noticed were dog toenail clippings from a big dog on the exam table and I asked the person who brought me into the room if she wouldn't mind cleaning the room just a little, so she brushed off the dog toe nails, laughed, and left the room. Yikes. I live in a relatively rural area where even though (some) people bring their pets to the vet, maybe flea meds and other preventative measures aren't always used and I would be very uncomfortable taking a pet who was sick with a compromised immune system into an environment where the minimum cleanliness standards are not met. Minimum would be to clean the room between clients ie sweeping the floor, spraying an alcohol based cleanser on the exam table and the scale. I believe this could be accomplished in under two minutes. Between the smelly wall, and the sticky exam table, and the blood on the scale, the pet hair and toe nails on exam table, and subsequently bringing this up with the utmost sensitivity and diplomacy to dr Becca, on my next and final appointment I didn't see any evidence of things being cleaner. I was quite disappointed because I had a nice rapport with Dr. Becca. This is the first negative review I've ever left for a veterinary practice and I've been a frequent flyer at veterinary offices for decades. I am and have always been a multi pet household and believe strongly in prophylactic management with the health of my animals so I'm there BEFORE my pet gets sick, and WHEN my pet gets sick. I have not been to the practice in maybe a little over a year and a half so I was hoping things had changed. After speaking to an acquaintance recently who did go to the practice and said it was "filthy"....I felt compelled to leave this review.

This is a safe place to bring your pets big and small. Their staff all seem to truly love animals and do their best to help you and your animals needs. They've helped our horses to our kittens. I'm thankful they are who they are. 10 out of 10

They saved my Roxy my pit bull so I'm happy with them and the price was not bad for her overnight visit. With Iv fluids and antibiotics.

They quoted me 700 dollars to do all of my C sections with them and once I had all my dogs transferred and made my first appointment, the price went up to almost 900.00 dollars. I decided not to switch with then at that point. A year goes by and I call them to drop off a sample of blood for a progesterone test and they tell me the dr. Inactivated my profile and won't allow me to come back. Pretty unprofessional to say the least.

Everyone is super nice. They can handle my hound, and she is a handful. You can feel and see the love they have for animals.
